OH. MY. ITALIAN FOOD!!!! So, I live in Houston, Texas and I was up there for work (oil and gas business). The VP that lives up there said we MUST eat at Julio's Cafe before I leave. Not gonna lie, I was skeptical. Let me tell you...this place blew me away. HANDS DOWN THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so impressed that I had to meet the chefs. Father and son were working away in there. Super nice people. Dessert was absolutely fantastic too. I am planning another trip up there in 2022. I told my Mom she is coming with me on this trip. Only reason - so she can experience this culinary greatness herself! BEST food I've ever had. AMAZING!!!!

The food is mediocre and overpriced. There is a nice ambience to the place but I can’t recommend it at the low quality and high price.

Their filet mignon is to die for! I’ve been going there with my father since I was a child and it continues to be one of our favorite hidden gem restaurants.

This restaurant never disappoints. Valentines celebration with perfectly cooked food eaten by the fireside. Soup, steak, veal parmigiana, and in house crafted dessert. A relaxing evening served by a attentive staff.

Wonderful evening at Julio’s. Excellent food and a delightful server. An example of a small business making it work in 2020. High standard of everything.

JULIO'S IS OPEN FOR INDOOR DINING AGAIN! After months of waiting. 3rd generation family owned Italian and fine dining. Awesome food, and wonderful people. Constanza is the owner/manager, and the grandaughter of the founder. The pepper and tomato appetizers are must have. Try the half and half plate. The bean and onion soup has been featured in Southern Living and other magazines. Julio's is in the Glen Elk neighborhood across from the old B and O station. Off the beaten path these days but well worth finding. I come in from Ohio just to eat at Julio's.
