They were extremely busy when I arrived for my takeout order, and I did have to wait a few minutes longer than expected, but they were still very prompt and friendly in making my order and handling the busy-ness of the time of day (dinner time). Great experience here!

They were super busy n by the looks of it there were only 2 ppl working. That's taking calls n making pizzas and answering phones n waiting on customers out front. They handled it very well considering looking pretty short staffed. I didn't care for their spinach n Alfredo pizza, it's nothing like Domino's spinach feta pizza but that's not saying the pizza from Papa johns is bad I'm just picky and was expecting something closer to Dominios pizza

Just paid $50 for the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I paid extra for garlic -parm crust and all I got was burnt pizza. I'm from out of state, and I'm shocked that a place putting out this kind of food is even in operations.

I'm giving three stars because this is the first time it's happened, but today I ordered a pizza with extra cheese and it definitely did not have that despite me paying extra for it (you can literally see gaps of sauce on the pizza), the food was slightly cold when it was delivered too.

I told the guy with the shaved head and black shirt he forgot my sauces and he sat there and argued with me then accused me of taking the sauces out of the box to get extra. Not my fault you can't count buddy. This place has because a disaster.
Just ordered pizza and this is the second time they forgot to deliver our drinks. I was told again that they would have to put another order in and it would take over 40 min to get them, how about call your driver because he just dropped the pizza off and have him pick them up and bring them back. Absolutely ridiculous!! This was at the Bridgeport, Ohio location. Hope he enjoyed the $5 tip!!! (That’s on top of the stores $5 tip they charge now.)

I placed an order at 7:26 pm. Currently 8:57 pm. Tried calling the restaurant a few times, could not get connected to a human for assistance. Tried tracking the order via the website…ETA keeps getting pushed back. VERY disappointed and frustrated.

WOW we were hungry & we finally got a pizza that was delicious. Perfect delivery service on time still hot and really good. i’m not sure what the exact order was, because my husband did the ordering. I saw and tasted meatballs, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, plenty of cheese & stuffed crust, and it was really good.
So far the best chain service and pizza in town.
