Easily the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered at a Wendy's. My partner and I waited for a solid ten minutes for our fries to be done with our order.. and the fries were basically cold. The girl in the drive through also had fake nails that were absolutely a health code violation. Never coming here again, and the manager(s) should be fired.

In my opinion, as long as it's made well, Wendy's has the best fast-food burger (of the big 3.) I usually get the $5 Biggie Bag, it feels like just enough food and only comes in around 800 calories or so when I order the burger plain. I generally never receive a bad meal from Wendy's so they get a 5 from me. Service and atmosphere will vary by restaurant, but the two I visit aren't usually the cleanest. I usually have to clean my own table to sit and the drink station is always a gross sticky mess.

After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I didn’t get what I ordered. I was supposed to get 2 jr bacon cheese burgers for $4 with a small fry. Got home and only had 1 cheese burger and 1 fry.Called the store and was told I didn’t order what I said. This was a mobile order that said nothing about having to go into the store to get my correct order.Would not recommend this Wendy’s. Have never had a problem with the Wendy’s in Bridgeport.

I ordered a Dave's single and a caramel cold brew, I was charged for a combo which I didn't ask for. I checked the receipt and I was rung up for a vanilla cold brew, which I caught in time, substituted a baked potato for the fries instead of a refund, when I finally got my order there was no napkins, no utensils and no straw for my drink. I also asked for several sour creams for my potato I received one. The person working the drive through was very nice but he seemed like he might have been new so someone should have been helping him.

We were unable to use the bathroom bc a homeless woman had locked herself inside.
They need to do drug test on there employment. It's funny I know at least three of there employees are doing meth and other drugs.. that's probably why there food at Clarksburg sucks cause there to high to do there job

Went through the drive through and always make sure what you order is in the bag ,because every time I don't check ,I get home and something is missing ,like the chips for the Taco Salad or missing a burger or something , that's my only problem with them besides the price is outrageous,but that's everywhere these days , what happened to the dollar menu ? It's been long gone and I don't think it's coming back .Parking: Has plenty of parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: I think they do , I'm not sure ,but most places have a couple for wheelchair parking .
