Very rude elderly man who has an issue with dealing with the public and responding to a simple question!!! CASH AND CHECK ONLY!!! What business does that in our world of today. An ATM, yes, but who wants to pay those unnecessary fees. He lost a table of 11 due to his policies and disrespect!!!

This is a hole in wall in a small town in the middle of nowhere. However, the food was great, and the staff had down home charm for us outsiders.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sirianni's Cafe. We are so thankful for their incredible staff for providing the food for our rehearsal dinner back in Summer 2023. Michael and his team did a phenomenal job with the pizza and salad options! Everything was absolutely delicious!! Michael was super flexible in helping us to offer gluten free and vegan pizza options for our friends and family with dietary restrictions. Everyone at Sirianni's was kind and communicative. We are so fortunate to have worked with Sirianni's Café and can't wait to be back there again soon!

CASH/CHECK ONLY. Great service, great food in a down home atmosphere! They have a great beer/wine selection and some solid 'za. Homemade ranch and marinara sauce. Bellisimo!

The good was good, but the experience was awful. Tried to order ahead (young children in our party, so tried to have food ready for them), but they wouldn't accomodate. The table we were stuck at was right by the door that doesn't shut by itself (so it doesn't shut). Waitress was maybe overworked, but it's hard to give a pass when we're hungry and freezing. Took much longer than expected to receive our food, and of course the kids pizza came out last. The meatball sub I ordered was quite tasty, but not hot enough to melt the cheese under the meatballs. They also no longer serve fries (nail in the coffin).

The food is great, our waitress/hostess was super nice, cool atmosphere. I would 100% recommend checking this place out when you’re in the area!

If you walk in with cash…you look like a true WV native. The staff are welcoming and very hardworking. We got pizza and it was delicious; the crust is one of my all time favorites.

First and foremost, they only accept cash and checks. As I walked into the historic and quaint dining room, the fantastic aroma of fresh baked pizza greeted me. If you're staying in the area or just passing through, the pizza is worth a try and there's lots more on the menu besides pizza. Interesting things to see in the dining room including old magazines for outdoor enthusiasts and other memorabilia on the walls, shelves and counter tops.

Called in a takeout order for 2 and I figured that it would be correct since it was the same for each meal. I ordered angel hair pasta with bolognese sauce. Got back to our place and it had marinara sauce. What makes things worse is the person that took our call asked the kitchen if they could furnish my request and they said yes. I spent 38 bucks for nothing.
