More the once we've gone to this store and they are closed early or just didn't open. The dining room has been closed since covid and never re-opened. It really is a shame, because the workers have always been decent and the food has been up to standards. But tonight we show up just after 9 with having placed an online order-- and they were closed. The window and signage all show the location open till 10. Another time we went about 730, and they had closed hours earlier. I'm not sure how corporate handles that, but I'm positive it has to be bad for business.

My daughter really wanted Burger King, but we were disappointed. I got the mushroom and Swiss melt. It was blah, and messy, mayo all over my hands. My daughter had a bacon king junior and it was also messy.

Drive thru was busy and employees locked doors for dining area without any signage. Staff ignored the 5 or 6 customers, in eyesite, trying to get in.

They closed way too early and still were accepting orders on door dash, did not even know they were closed until doordasher got there and couldn’t get any of the doors open.

What is the problem with keeping the dinning room open we don't use the drive thru every time we go the door is locked I just go somewhere else. The food is great there it's a shame every one else has their dinning room open

My daughter chose to go here for a bacon burger. Went through the drive thru. Service was pretty slow which could be staffing issue. My daughter enjoyed her food.
We came here at 6:55pm for 2 milkshakes we placed on the app and they said they didn't have milkshakes. They gave us a refund tho.

I'm a drive thru only customer. Only minor complaint is how narrow the drive thru is. The food quality has improved a lot since last year when I would have given this place a 1 star review. The female employees at the drive thru are super nice and helpful! Thanks for the fresh coke and fiery nuggets! I recommend this place again! It's improved a lot!
