The Martinsburg Chipotle consistently has the worst service when the male manager is working. Every time I go in, there is some new policy about what you can/can't order. Kids' meals are always a huge hassle, and they never make any adjustments (double rice instead of beans, guac as protein instead of meat, etc) without an argument. I have never had as much trouble at any other Chipotle, but when I see him working, I know it's going to be a problem.

Never in my life have i been refused extra free ingredients. It’s disgusting especially when they’re so skimpy that they only give you a half scoop to begin with. I’d advise anyone to just walk out if you are discontent with their small portion sizes.
Twice the price now for half the food. I asked why portion was so small they said I could double it but it was an upcharge. Half a scoop of rice and was told they cant do more than that anymore because of new portions. Was rushed through the line with 2 employees asking multiple questions at the same time for my order (nobody in line behind me) Food was very salty, used to like this location alot but new corporate rules and portions just don't make the Food worth it. I'll drive the extra couple minutes to Habaneros.

The employees I had were sexist, I asked for extra ingredients and they kept rolling there eyes and not giving me what a I asked for, I asked the lady 3 times for extra beans and she literally gave me like 7 extra beans. I normally wouldn’t complain but my fiancé was right in front of me and asked for the same amount as I did and they gave him what he asked for, the same people did mine and wouldn’t give me the correct ingredients and gave me attitude when asked. I was not happy or impressed. If you want chipotle don’t go here. The food tasted fine but the service was in the negative. Just because I’m a woman doesn’t mean I want smaller portions it’s 2024 come on people!
