Enjoyed the soft lighting. Warm atmosphere. Tried the Monte Cristo and was very pleasantly surprised. One of the better sandwiches I've ever tried.Some of the curly fries were too hard to eat but most of them were wonderfully crispy.For first time experience, I was not disappointed.The sandwich was definitely one of the top 10 I've tried. Given the size and quality of the sandwich I say it's very reasonably price.

The quality of the food has really gone downhill over the years on some items. They used to have a great clam chowder. It tastes really cheap now. Service is usually pretty good. Prices are okay.Has more of a bar feel than a just restaurant.

This place has good food, amazing service and lovely old timey speakeasy atmosphere. I wish there were more locations for this Boston Beanery restaurant. 4.7 out of 5 Bailey Beats for the southwest chicken wrap ?. 4.0 out of 5 for the soft drink I was served.? And service was extremely good and our waitress was nice and friendly ?.I want more. We need more, feed Bailey Robert Chandler extremely good food.Side note: Curly fries get a 5.0987 out of 5 Bailey Beats because Arby's has nothing on this place's meat sandwiches.Parking: It is a medium sized parking lot for a medium sized bar and grill
In a word sucks comes to mind when I think about the experience I had there last night, 10/14/23. Was in town for family weekend and took my son, his friends and another set of parents. The dishes were filthy and when I showed the waiter, he came out with a stack of plates and said he inspected them personally and they were clean. Well, except for the marinara sauce that was left on one of the plates. There were several others that were also dirty. When the entrees came out, mine was cold and on top of that, the waiter neglected to bring our salads out earlier. I suspect that they have a manager that has no experience managing a restaurant. The health effects could be impacting to customers. If you want a good meal in Morgantown, this isn’t the place in my opinion. The Iron Horse, Gibbies and others on High street are better. The Mountaineer Tap House was exceptional.

This restaurant has always been one of my favorites. My mom took me there for my 15th bday (30+ years ago). I went two weeks ago and was so disappointed. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since my 15th bday. We were there 30 min after they opened so there was no reason for it to be this way. The food was “ok” and the blender was broken so no daquiri. All in all… left very disappointed. Had driven 2.5 hours for lunch there!

The servicer was very attentive. I had a steak salad, no complaints, they made their own curly fires and ranch dressing. The piece of steak had good flavor and was cooked as requested. I was surprised how fresh the bread stick was, very good flavor and taste. If I go back I'd like to try their burgers, but I was happy with my choice.
