Stoping in at 8 am not open for breakfast I’d say the place needs to close its doors if they can’t keep the place running or the owners needs to get in there to work it.

Old food and dirty. Just go to the next exit to get food. It'll be cleaner and fresher food. Literally watched a drug deal in the parking lot and people getting high. Definitely not a family restaurant. Maybe start drug testing employees randomly. ?♀️

The bathrooms here are horrible. The hand dryer in the guys bathroom didn't work. My mom told me in the girls bathroom there were Cheerios in the sink and the one stall was dirty.

I have a special needs daughter, she's 41 years old. I have made 100s of trips to Ruby memorial for her seizure treatment. We've always stopped at BK on our way home. I was there 6 months ago, sat at drive thru 20 minutes, a customer slammed the door open and announced there was 1 employee running the entire restaurant. So we left. We stopped again 2 weeks ago, drive thru order was pretty fast, but didn't have large drinks or large fries, no supplies.We waited a total of about 8 minutes at the window, this very nice, exhausted man gave us our food, I asked, are you alone? He said yes, that the next worker was due at 2 pm. That was over an hour away. I Tipped him $20 and my daughter felt compelled and gave Him $5. He said I have kids to take care of, I need this job, but everyone that works, gets their 1st pay. Then doesn't come back. If I owned this business I'd be fixing alot. You have a great employed, better take care of him and supply him with what's needed

These workers deserve a raise. I had a late night visit and they were super polite and was more than happy help. We had a large custom order and they nailed it, all the food was made correctly!

Arrived at 3pm to find a "short-staffed" sign on the door and only the drive thru open. Sat in the line until it was clear it was not going to move then gave up. Should honestly just close completely instead of doing half efforts.

This place is trash! Honestly not sure how they're still open. They tried to charge me more than what was on the screen. I was told by the manager that she had no control with the price on the screen. WIll never go back to this place.
Mostly the food is great but sometimes the chicken fries are dried out and hard to even eat but other then that not much of a complaint for food! Now I will complain that almost every time we go in the evening for dinner they are closed or the guy comes outside to say they are closing. He usually says "we close at 8 but we are so short staffed or out of food we have to close now" they close anywhere from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Tonight I pulled up at 7:16 along with 4 others already in line when the same guy came out and told us all they just had 40 cars come threw and took the food so it would be past closing time before anything fresh was done so they are just closing early..... ummm what?!!! If you know Cheat Lake you know there is no way 40 cars or even 20 just went threw. I understand low staffing and closing at 8 but closing before that no, not to mention it happens multiple times a week! I won't be going back anytime soon which is sad bc I love there food and so do my kiddos. This issue needs addressed IMMEDIATELY!
