I have never had an issue with my order here. However, the wait time in the drive through is beyond ridiculous. It can take up to 20 minutes to get through the drive through with only a few cars ahead of you. It’s been this way for years. The management needs to look into how they are treating their staff if staffing is an issue.

Not really pleased. I ordered a decaf and they gave me full caffeinated beverage. It’s pretty frustrating and unprofessional when they reassured me that it was in fact decaf, the sticker said decaf and I double checked that it was decaf and still they served me a caffeinated beverage.

I was honestly a bit hesitant, because when I went to find the closest Dunkin to me and saw that this location had 1.5⭐️, I figured it wouldn’t be a great experience. Boy was I wrong! I ordered ahead as usual (8:15 AM on a Sunday) and it was actually ready when I arrived, no wait (minus waiting behind one car in the drive thru). My coffee was absolutely perfect, well stirred (and using my rewards made it free—even my extra additions!—which probably made it taste that much better lol)! I got the brownie batter donut, which I look forward to getting every year, the filling was throughout pretty much the entire donut. Sometimes when I get filled donuts, there are parts that don’t get filling to it, so this was great. Brownie batter in every bite. 5 star experience for sure!
