This place is a great place to go shopping but the most of the shoppers who shop at this mall is extremely rude and hateful as they can be. The mall janitor is a real nice guy to talk to though.

When we travel and work in areas that have a Chick-fil-A, my 36 year old son, craves their food. So, Beckley job, has a mall, with a Chick-fil-A restaurant. We have dined there numerous times in two months.

Observed two employees running food outside to pickup customers. When they returned to the line, they did not wash their hands. One was a manager who started wrapping and boxing food .

The service is too slow. the girl who was serving made the wait more stressful because she was in a bad mood. it's supposed to be faster. I waited at least 30 min for an order that I had been able to from the app so that it would be ready faster.
