I should have went with my gut instinct and left after waiting nearly 5 minutes to get service. We were in line and then suddenly everyone came out laughing from the back. Everyone was stoned. Food was terrible.After a mini rush of customers. The exodus to back room took place again for another 5 minutes until another line formed. I will never eat here again. If I could give you a below zero rating I would. I was there on 12/30/23 at 3:56 pm and was waited on by Jasmine O.

My girlfriend and I ate here the other day for the first time. We both got subs, and they were good. Prices aren't too much. Actually cheaper than I thought, considering it's inside Crossroads Mall. Will eat here again!

Was ok . No one at counter and we had to wait quite a time for someone to wait on us. Ordered a cheesesteak with fries. It was ok , the fries tasted like they had freezer burn.

Very rude workers, small portions, and unclean. Went there a few days ago and got some fries to go, didn’t check the bag, got home, and all the fries were was the crumbs from the fryer. Barely anything, I also ordered a large fry, and it came in the tiniest cup. The workers always act like customers are an inconvenience and want them to be gone ASAP. Horrible customer service.

Ordered a terriyaki chicken bowl. Brocolli based. aware of that, however I dont think there should only be a chicken nugget (if that) equivlant amount of meat on it lol. $10.27 for a bowl of broccoli essentially.
I love steak escape in general. Never had issues the many years I ate there. The one in this mall has certainly went so downhill it would be better off it closed. Not one worker has any passion or an ounce of care for their work. Every order I have had has always been wrong, if I was allergic to something I would've been rushed to the ER since the cooks don't go by the order. It's very slow for a place that's not often packed or busy. Quality control and consistency is terrible. Some days you'll get crispy fresh fries or burnt greasy potato sticks. The place always stinks of grease and tables not cleaned. Staff is overworked trying to run two establishments at once. Management needs to take into account that these are human beings not robots. I'd rather they close this place and put their resources into other businesses in the mall.

The sandwiches and fries are very tasty. If you're counting calories or monitoring your cholesterol the only options would be the salads. 3 different portion sizes. The largest is enough for two people. The food is prepared right in front of the counter waiting area... watch the cook prepare the food and wrap for you.

Used to love going here, but we won't be back. Cooks and sandwich finisher got both my wife's sub and my sub wrong, we had my wife's sub remade and they still finished it wrong. The entire time I was waiting on the subs I could hear the employees complaining between one another, the grill looked like it had not been scraped since the first sandwich of the day, food falling out of the grill catch because it hadn't been scraped out either (there's a hole in the middle so the food falls in trash bin underneath) and not one employee seemed like they were happy to be there. I know alot of people aren't thrilled with their job, but if you're in public service you can atleast fake a smile.
