Unbeatable outdoor atmosphere! The hum of the creek makes it feel like every table is their own area outside. Great selection of drafts to accompany their lovely lunch options. Great spot for a late lunch with family!Food: 5/5

Good food. Good vibes. When there on a rainy day, but the outdoor seating was really nice. The crab cake sandwich was amazing!Food: 5/5

Cute little place. Attentive service. We sat outside and were surprised by how nice and cool it was under all those trees. Made for a really nice spot for lunch - I had the gobbler with cheddar cheese. My kids had the Buffalo wrap and loved it. Just be advised that parking is limited. We had to use the street parking up the road and use the parking meters. Will definitely come back some other time.

Just a great place to step back and relax, while enjoying a great salad or sandwich. The outdoor courtyard is worth the trip in itself with it's tree canopy and stream.Food: 5/5

Spending the weekend in Sharpsburg and the Inn at Antietam recommended this place. Lovely outdoor space. Food was excellent. Friendly waitress. Great price.

We used to live not far from Blue Moon Café and it was our favorite place to eat. It is a cozy place with a nice creek going through the backyard where you can be seated with you lunch or dinner. Our favorite pizza was El Greco. It was thin and crunchy. This time it had too much cheese on the top. I wish it would be prepared as it was before. Overall this is the place to eat as it is cozy, tasty and friendly! Also inexpensive!

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, parking wasn't a problem out front and we didn't have to wait for a table. The staff was friendly and helpful. The back patio's atmosphere was awesome. But the food really impressed, it was delicious! We had a great time and would recommend checking them out.Parking: Several parking spots out front, with meters on the street. (.25 per 30mins Monday through Friday, free on weekends/holidays)

Casual restaurant in a great area of town. The staff was accommodating and the food was satisfying after touring the Antietam Battlefield.

I dined with two friends at the Blue Moon Cafe after a morning walking the grounds of Antietam Battlefield. This was our first time eating here and we were delighted by the wide variety of menu options. One member of our group is on a vegan diet and had several dishes to choose from. Our server Claire was warm, welcoming, and very helpful answering our menu questions. Our food came out promptly and Claire made sure we were well taken care of. I enjoyed the Triple B Burger, and was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great meal when visiting the area!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch. Best decision we could have made. I got the meatloaf sandwich and onion rings, both were very, very good. My wife got the steak and cheese which was excellent and sweet potato fries which were the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely be coming back since it’s only 3.5 hours from our house. Absolutely worth the drive.
