This is such a hidden gem. If you like quality Cantonese/Hong Kong cuisine, this is the #1 spot in the state of WY. The gentleman who owns this restaurant is very unassuming and moved to the US years ago with his family. He runs the restaurant essentially by himself. It's not very speedy, but it is very good. The owner/host/chef used to cook in the kitchen of a restaurant in a respected hotel in Hong Kong, and he brings that expertise to every dish. If there's something you like in the southern style, ask him about it even if it's not on the menu; he might be able to make it. 唔該!
Told food would be a half an hour to get ready for pick up, went there to pick up order and ended up waiting another hour and a half, when ordering the food I was told egg drop soup was included and when he brought the order finally he said it wasn't included, however he would include it free this time, when we went eat the soup it was conglomerated fat and tasted nasty, the sweet and pork was dried up and hard as rocks, steamed rice was dry and not fluffy, I won't be going back wasted $30.00 on food for the trash can.
Had good quality time with my husband who is never around to stay to long.great food.
Jim is an amazing and sweet guy and his food is like nothing you have ever tasted before. You can tell he makes it with love.
The best authentic Chinese restaurant I've had. The owner is also the host, waiter, and cook. So, don't come in expecting fast service because this gentleman takes pride in his work and it shows (and so worth it!). He is also extremely friendly and was very excited to see us come in. I strongly recommend the Hunan beef if you can tolerate spice, but the lo mein is very good as well.
Awesome place so much history
High quality food
If you can figure out when they are open, the guy who runs it is extremely friendly and nice. And their food is unmatched for Chinese in Casper.
there are no really really good Chinese or Asian restaurants in this area for some reason they don't know how to make egg rolls I don't understand the problem but that's okay because we moved to Colorado Springs thanks anyway we tried it didn't like it
Extremely hospitable and kind owner and wonderful authentic Chinese food. Great meal and wonderful restaurant overall. Would definitely return.

This place is literally never open. I travel to Casper for work for 3-4 days every 5 weeks and in 6 months this place has never been open once when I've tried to go.
The guy is super nice it is a 1 man operation make the best ice tea super crazy good it takes awhile to get you food but it's hot super good definatly comin back soon
We were initially warmly greeted by an elderly gentleman who told us we could sit where we wanted. Once seated we were offered drinks right away (our son ordered iced tea and a freshly prepared pitcher appeared on the table shortly) and we ordered quickly thereafter. Very slowly (and I do mean S L O W L Y) and carefully delicious smells and then dishes began to come from the kitchen! It also became clear that our kind waiter was not just our waiter....he was also our chef! We ordered a family dinner: Appetizer - (ALL VERY OBVIOUSLY MADE BY HAND!!!!!!) Each member received 1 of each of the following: Eggroll- Delicious, perfectly crisp, & flavorful. Crab Rangoon- Jaw dropping in its simple perfection. Fried pork ball- Juicy sliced tenderloin in tempura Pot -sticker- Delicious, perfectly prepared and presented. * SPECIAL MENTION - The sweet and sour sauce served with the appitizers was delicious and made fresh to the occasion. We made plans as a family to take any bit of this that survived the rest of the meal home with us it was so incredible. Soup: Wonton- Very delicious soup we scarfed down. We received 3 dishes with our family meal: Almond chicken Beef with vegetables Sweet and sour chicken We wach received a freshly baked macaroon cookie still warm from the oven! All were incredible! This is not a fast food restaurant....its en excellent food restaurant.
I waited a hour and a half for my food with only 2 people inside the place and the food was terrible dinner for 2 cost around 45 to 50 bucks and after waiting that long he bluntly asked for his tip after I paid the ridiculous bill then i said got change for 20 and he gave me back 15 hahah what a joke this place try at your own risk
The best Chinese food! And James is a wonderful person and great chef!
