My wife and I went to Outback for dinner on Thursday 2/22/24. When we got there around 7:30 pm we were seated right away. We sat for 9 minutes and not one waitress came to our table. Two middle aged men came in and were seated right next to us. They had only been there less than 2 minutes, when a waitress came to there table and had their drinks to them right away. Then some more people had just gotten seated 2 tables away and the same waitress told them that she would be right with them. By now, 11 minutes since we had been seated, I was astonished and pissed off. The waitress then came back and took the drinks order for the people 2 tables away and looked at us and came to our table FINALLY. As my wife and I were getting up to leave the waitress asked us if we were ready to order some drinks. I told her that it was 11 minutes that we sat there and people that came in 9 minutes after us were being served before we were, and we were leaving. And the REALLY BAD PART WAS---- she smiled and said ok, no apologies NOTHING. I have been a business owner here in Casper for 29 years and very seldom do I leave a bad review.

No bread served. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty, our food took a very long time to arrive. I ordered my steak medium, my husband ordered his med-rare; both our steaks were well done. My husband had a new steak brought out, and it was med-well. I was too hungry to wait for a new steak myself. I had asked for plain butter on my sweet potato, and was served sweetened butter, so I had to wait for a new potato. No discounts offered. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. I wish we had seen all of the bad reviews and gone to Texas Roadhouse instead.

The blooming onion was very greassy and the main course portions were small compared to the price.

I was there for an hour, only got my soup 45 minutes later, people that arrived 30 minutes after me got there food before I even got my soup, after an hour I left because my entree never came. I was nice said thank you until I see people that came in after me be done eating and/or got there entrees before I even got soup. The bartender scolded me for being upset. Terrible service. Never to return to this location. I was looking forward to my order because at other locations I have had great service.

Ordered to go. Of course I live 10miles away and didn't check the bag until I got home. My bad! No sauce like I ordered, my steak ordered medium was cold and raw! I don't mind a little undercooked but dark red and no temperature is not ok. Ribs less than desirable, just not a good experience for a $60+ dinner. Needless to say I'll be supporting the steakhouse next door next time.

We ordered 5 steaks, 2 of which were served significantly off from what was ordered. A filet ordered MW was served rare(nearly mooing), and a sirloin ordered medium was also served near raw. I understand things happen, however my gripe is when I pointed out the error to our waitress(she finally came to check on us when everyone else at our table was done eating)her solution was a free dessert. Mind you neither of the steaks had more than one bite taken out of them. So I got the rare privilege of paying for $50 worth of steaks that went uneaten.********updated. I was contacted by outback management the morning after this review posted. The manager was very professional and took the time to actually listen to my concerns. Greatly appreciated.
