I ordered online and I think they did not did what I asked correctly. I’ve asked for a steak and cheese with lettuce and I got barely any of the meat or veggies also I asked toasted and it wasn’t toasted at all. It is frustrating because you expect to get exactly what you order. Specially when you hungry. I’ll suggest getting close look to all the details the costumers asks.

As is most of ways, the food is pretty good. The problem is is they keep changing the menu and adding more items and preparation options which makes it complicated. If they would just keep it simple and maintain the quality of food it would be much more efficient and better. This issue results in the need for more people in a significant increase in preparation time. The other issue here is there is a high turnover of help at this facility. So regularly, the quality of the preparation can be poor. It is my opinion that as these franchises keep adding more nonsense to their preparation schemes, they slow down the preparation process which makes the waiting time very excessive. Additionally, they never have enough time to cover the call-ins which is another significant issue. The call-ins cause a lot of significant delays. The only time I use this place is out of desperation or is the last resort.

My gawd, idk how to put this without being rude but these guys are slow AF. There were 3 ppl in front of me and I'm not joking 38mins from the time I got to order till I walked out. They had 3 or 4 ppl working the front as well. The dude with the longer black hair was cool everyone else seemed annoyed and moved like a ?

We stopped in Pinedale to grab a quick lunch, but Subway is in a gas station, and it wasn't quick. With that being said, the two young men filling all the orders were very kind and very thorough. I tried something new for me, the chicken garlic footlong on a wrap. They made sure after heating the chicken up to drain all juice off before putting it in the wrap. My husband got the Supreme meats, also on a wrap. Both sandwiches were excellent, and we felt like they listened well to our requests.

The staff was rude. Especially when I asked why they were cutting each piece of meat in two instead of putting whole pieces on the sandwich. I brought it to I assume the owners attention. They did call back about my concerns. 30 days later, the service is still horrible, and the employees still try to hide only, putting half the meat on a 12 inch sandwich. I get costs are high, but trying to put two pieces of lunch meat cut in half instead of the 4 needed to make a 12 inch is unacceptable.

Terrible service, while waiting in the line we were engaged in a huge fight between the employees. One guy was Shouting and yelling at others, acting very rude and impolite! Why should we be a part of this drama! Sandwich was nice.

They’re lucky I give them 1 star. My sandwich was cold and missing half of the meats in the sand which. The guy yelled at me cause I didn’t know he had put it on the shelf and not behind the counter. It’s the curly haired kid who is the owners son. Horrible customer service and a horrible sandwhich. Will never ever go back there

I've tried to order online THREE times. Every time they "don't recieve the order" even when I show my confirmation number. Do not recommend!!! I rather drive to Big Piney for a sandwich.
