We had a fabulous meal. We got a Prime Rib, a New York, and a Sirloin steak, all cooked to perfection. Delicious horse radish as well. The fried mushrooms were the best I have ever had. And the clam chowder was very good. For a family of 5, with small children, I cannot recommend this enough. Amazing waitress and wonderful atmosphere.

Pretty cool to be seated wait 22 minutes
No water
No menu
No greeting from server

When I asked who our server was no one knew

The flys everywhere is a nice touch
Do yourself a favor and go to the one eyed buffalo

Like almost every restaurant in the country, the Safari Club was short-staffed, we accepted this right away and settled in for the wait. In the end, we had a fantastic night. We played free pool and sat at the bar, enjoying drinks and food while meeting interesting travelers and local regulars. The food was delicious and definitely worth the wait!

Wow never been somewhere that I would say. They should be embarrassed, after waiting over an hour and a half. Ordered never came out the manager was rude, no respect, not even a sorry. Still had to pay for our drinks and an very over cooked over priced appetizer. Run the other way

Boooo! Hissssss! (Throwing tomatoes)

C’mon now bartender… you have 4 people at the bar, pissed and wanting a drink. You can’t say “it’s only me tonight”.

Acknowledge your customers, give them something to believe in (service), wow them with a response (gain trust), take order and memorize it, work each persons drink, and get the drink served!!!! (NEXT!)

It’s beer, wine and cocktails…. Not calculus… let’s go!!!!

Lastly…. When a customer says “it’s been 20 min, we are going to leave now…” —— Don’t …. A) be a wise ass B) pretend we are the problem C) deflect ownership!

Oh I loved this place. Everything we got was amazing! We got a cob salad, chicken tenders and buffalo burger. Even the chicken tenders were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place

Went there on Saturday night we had to ask for glasses for the water. Waitress said oh I wasn't sure how many you wanted. We ordered and my son ordered the prime rib she asked what sides he wanted and how he wanted it cooked. When our salads came out we had to ask for silverware. When our food came out my chicken fried steak was burnt on one side. I did not complain. My son got a french dip? How does a prime rib meal become a french dip sandwich? We said something and the waitress copped an attitude and said well I can take it back but its going to be a little while before you get the prime rib. He said no it was fine he would ea t it- we were hungry. She checked on us once- when I asked for a refill on the iced tea- her response was we are out. What??? Ok fine whatever. We got the bill and she charged us 17.99 for a kids spaghetti- which should have been 7.99. When we got to the register to pay the hostess and waitress got snotty with us- when i told them we had a kids spaghetti- I was told well its already in the computer and we can't remove it. I said get someone who can. When the manager- I assume came out he copped an attitude and said its been removed just don't charge them. Wow great freaking experience. And no I don't need a generic apology from the owner.

Been there a few times and every time there's only been one person working.
They need more staff.

The restaurant was close to our hotel, so we gave it a chance. Ate from the lunch menu. I had the grilled cheese and ham with the chicken vegetable stew. The soup was good. The toasted ham and cheese sandwich was over cooked on one side and very salty. My wife had the bourbon burger. The burger was soggy with the sauce. She had the cottage cheese as her side was good. They were short staffed, having one waitress that was called in on her day off; she was running around trying to keep up.

Terrible service or lack there of! We come up and ask the hostess about seating and the wait. (Small party of 4.) You can see it's busy for dinner with more people coming through, but there were still tables open. She was extremely hesitant to even have us there once we walked in. She kept saying she didn't know and couldn't seat us despite us pointing out the open tables. So we asked about a takeout option, which she said they can do. Soon after at least two parties come in and they're immediately seated by a male waiter.
We tried to order with the same woman when she came back around but she kept ignoring us as she walked by us. Then another party got immediately seated. At this point, the fact that the workers said they couldn't seat us, but take 3 other groups immediately after us, AND avoid taking our takeout order when they said they would was enough to tell us they didn't want us there in the first place. Definitely not recommended!

We had a late lunch/early dinner there last Friday. The food was really good (including the Jack Daniel’s steak), and portions were ample. Drinks (including beer and wine) were good. Service at the bar and at our table was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed ourselves and would return.

We got the fried pickle spears for $10.99, it was pickle chips and MAYBE half of a pickles worth, one of 5 chicken tenders was suuuuper chewy. They give you a coupon for a free glass of wine with your meal, if you have a room there..... didn't realize until later we were charged for that free glass ($6.50 each).... my son had the spaghetti and meat balls, meat balls were maybe quarter sized.... go with the chicken strip kids meal instead.... kind of disappointed..... also the pictures they post online or the rooms are not what most rooms are like. Their soaking tub and pool were the highlight of this place.... free breakfast tomorrow..... will update

Oooh not to mention they checked us in to a room that hadn't been finished.... it was finally finished around 430-5, check in is 3
