As I am very picky in regards to seafood, I was sure i was only going to try the non seafood options. But as my boyfriend dared me to try at least one oyster, I did try it. The guy who served us the oysters explained where the oysters were from and explained the sauces too - and let me tell you I was surprised how good they were.. only having one turned into having 4 in total!! Not just oysters. This place is a bit hard to find but most certainly worth the effort.This time I had oysters, the Sablefish Collars, and their Citrus Pearl cocktail. Wow!!! Here we are in the high-arctic and as a foodie this place is as good as it gets anywhere on earth. I have also had their arctic char, chicken and pork dishes, and abdominal-regrets, only longing for more. The food ! The drinks ! The oysters! The mussels! It all was so good , probably the best meal I've had in years 10/10 would recommend and Can’t wait to go back fir half price mussels
