Our group arrived from a cruise ship for a reserved dinner. It didnt go well. Halfway through our dinner, we were asked to leave bc a large group from Amway was coming in. We neither finished our meal, which was not very good & the servers were removing & changing food. We were not allowed our second servings. We paid nearly $200 for a meal that was not worth it. I wrote a letter & never received a response. This was very disappointing.
08-01-22My family and I enjoyed this excursion. The staff made our visit more pleasant; they were willing to cook my salmon the way I asked them to (medium rare).The waterfall was amazing! The trail leading to it was short and easy walk. Enjoy the view!

Wow!! Just WOW. If you are visiting Juneau, you NEED to visit this place! We were overwhelmed. This was a highlight of my trip to Alaska as a whole. Amazing food. Fast service. They were very on top of the buffet! Clean - very clean! If any mess was made, they had someone clean it right away. The washrooms are accessible & clean. There's a waterfall behind this place that you can visit too, and it's absolutely beautiful. You absolutely need to try this!

We were therr in September. Touristy but great food and fun things to do. It was raining and we really enjoyed the little shelters to roast marshmallows.

It was raining, and some activities were curtailed. Salmon had bones...just very disappointing! We served ourselves, basically, and had mediocre food for $70!!! Disappointing expensive excursion!

If lukewarm and food that makes the cruise ship food look good, then put this on your bucket list - otherwise spend your money elsewhere.My wife said the salmon was good, just not worth the money we paid. There are better restaurants in town. The "cole slaw" was simply sliced cabbage with no dressing. The scalloped potatoes (we think that is what it was) were tasteless). The baked beans were good, but again, this is a salmon bake, not an all you can eat baked bean fest. Dessert was sone type of blueberry cake that might have tasted good if it was not hard as a rockAs for atmosphere, you are in amongst trees and if you so desire, you can walk a hundred yards to a waterfall
Visit the waterfall in the back and then go eat your fill of baked salmon. Blueberry desert is yummy like the cornbread.

I thought the overall experience was not good. the Salmon was over cooked, the salad was soggy and the ribs were hard to eat not sure what cut they were bet were too boney. The beans and blueberry cake was good. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Good food served buffet style. Some cover from the rain and portable heaters. Not crowded, Very low benches! Was expecting salmon over an open fire, instead it was grilled on a BBQ but good and nice experience.
