Excellent customer service everyone was friendly and that's a first for me in going to a McDonald's. I'm not saying other McDonald's are not friendly but just to experience every staff person in the three or four times I went there in the last couple of days as being helpful and friendly was refreshing
Ordered a cheeseburger. They forgot the cheese. They were a bit rude about getting my slice of cheese. This is the only chain restaurant in Juneau. They have totally lost the customer service. Sad.

McDonald's has changed the way they do the play area, it's all digital now. Definitely a lot more sanity with the games being projected onto the floor but it's just not nostalgic and feels like and empty shell of what once was.Food quality was alright, it's fast greasy and unhealthy.
