Was just in here and had a manager catch an attitude with me because I said something about a team member handling the trash can and then messing with the register and the bags to bag orders. Treated me like I was in the wrong and when I told him to cancel my order his response was well she didn't actually touch the food. Nope just everything else associated with it.

Went into the Boaz Alabama location today around 1:15 or so! No other customers in line at front counter. Maybe one other customer in the store! Wait for several minutes for someone to come take our order! No one ever even acted like we were there! When I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was working the front counter the lady at the drive thru spoke up, rudely stating she was and that she knew that we hadn’t been there but like 2 seconds. I told her no mama we had been standing there for a few minutes! She was extremely rude and we just turned around and left! I did go back inside to ask for the manager, only to be told she was the manager. So I asked for phone number and the name of her boss only to be told to call corporate. When I asked for the manager name would not tell me! She just kept telling me to call corporate and that her name was on the door of the restaurant. I told her she was very rude and unprofessional for a manager! I would not recommend this restaurant, solely because of her attitude. Have eaten here often and food was always good. But, I will not be disrespected like I was today!

Poor customer service charged extra for food that came with the meal okra was overcooked and had to go back to get the rest of my meal

We are at the Boaz location today and the food was hot & delicious.
Captain D's is amazing as always. Love the ice sweet tea love the corn on the cob love the shrimp and fish. Love the tartar sauce and the cocktail sauce. What can I say it's a great little seafood place

Employees apparently did not finish kindergarten. I ordered a 2 PC spicy fish with 6 butterfly shrimp.... waited 30 minutes for 1pc of fish and 4 shrimp. I can't even make this mess up. Ridiculous!!!

They need to change the fryer oil and train someone how to use the register bc the girl training was left by herself and didn't know where anything was and they were just standing around

Super service tonight. We was pulling a stock trailer and they had just closed their dinning area. When they seen is pull in, they opened the door for us to come in. Friendly service, food was hot, quick and good.03/13/2023

Sat in drive thru for 24 minutes waiting to order, 2 cars pulled off, never got to order. Pulled in a parking spot and tried to order online on my phone and order canceled, said there was a problem. Tried to order on my daughter’s phone, same exact thing. 30 minutes wasted and got nothing. PLEASE HIRE COMPETENT WORKERS AND WORK ON YOUR WEBSITE!! Also tried to call repeatedly to place order over the phone, nobody would answer the phone.
