“Outstanding job by Jackie (Mgr) & Brandon for running entire Arbys at Rainbow Dr in Gadsden Saturday 11/5/2022 by themselves! And did it with great attitude and very friendly. Jackie ran counter, drive through and cooked food and Brandon put it together correctly in a very timely matter like a well oiled machine! They worked great together. And should mention Jackie was trying to train a new hire at same time. Was an amazing thing to watch. Food was good and hot. They deserve a raise!“

“BEST chicken in the area!! Family-ran establishments inside a shell. Friendly great service! Everything was so fresh and crispy. The chicken was so moist and tender with lots of flavor. This place tops any other fast food place or restaurant with fried chicken. They also have legit (i & i mean LEGIT) philly cheesesteaks made to order! And they are made RIGHT, none of that frozen mess!“

“I have always loved their chicken. But tonight I tried the chicken sandwich. It was AWFUL. Had some pink sauce on it, which sucked. But the chicken itself had way too much breading, so it was extra greasy. And it cost $3.99. Fail! I also noticed a significant price increase from my last visit. 4 piece combo now $9.19.“

“My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. I will not return there as long as he is there,there is no excuse for his actions. I worked in the food service for over 20 years and this kind of treatment is unexceptable. I really enjoy Jacks food,I will continue to eat at Jack's just not this one.“

“Food was delicious as usual. Service was very slow due to the place being absolutely slammed with customers. The atmosphere was crowded and tense due to lots of hungry people clambering for food. The staff was flat out. Which I like. I like to see fast food employees with a sense of urgency. The dining room was clean. Tables were wiped off well and no trash on the floor or slippery spots.“

“My first time having firehouse subs was Friday nite. I had the jerked turkey sub. And omg it was amazing. The cashier was sooo friendly and told me how she like to get hers. So basically I enjoyed it so much I went back last nite and got the same sandwich. And once again everyone was friendly and welcoming. You have amazing workers and amazing food!!!! Can’t wait to go back again!!!“

We have always gotten good food and great service…the owners here work their butts off, most days it’s just the two working and they do their very best to provide great food and service! Very nice people also! We love ChopStix and appreciate all the hard work they put into their restaurant and serving their customers!“
