“I came in for the first time this morning and immediately loved the place . My coffee and muffin were beyond delicious . But my phone decided to just stop working today (very long story) but I couldn’t unlock my card to pay. They trusted me to come back and pay . I luckily asked the nice woman Morgan to send me a cashapp request . So when I got service I immediately sent them over the money . Thank you for trusting me and being so kind ! You helped a very stressed mama out ! You were both amazing and I will 100% be coming back again”

“A very tasty excursion to the hinterlands of Jackson County, Alabama where we were all suddenly hungry and just whimsically popped in to this surprising Mexican gem on highway 72. The owners are actively involved in the business and it shows. The service is excellent and the decor is distinctly Mexicana. And we all decided that the food was actually closer to authentic Mexican than the cheese sauce laden affront to beautiful Mexican fare that we call Ameri-Mex. We like to eat local and support local businesses and this place fits the bill. We normally drive by on our way to or from Huntsville and the parking lot is usually full. That's usually, but not always, a good sign so we thought we'd judge for ourselves and this place exceeded our expectations.”

“The Burger King in Gurley was awesome tonight! They made the whole experience front ordering to leaving awesome. I appreciate how sweet they were, especially the cashier Kaycee (KC?) (forgive me if it’s spelled incorrectly). She was so nice and engaging with my kiddos. The dining room was bright and clean. I’m glad they did because we really enjoyed it. We definitely plan on going back. If you have never been then you need to try them. Ole Hickory BBQ is good eats ?”

“It’s a little shack on the side of the road but the Nutty Buddy is AMAZING! The young ladies running it were friendly to answer questions and made the drinks quickly. Unlike some other places where the flavor is only in the first few sips, the Nutty Buddy was yummy to the very last drop, including the sweetness of the whipped cream. If you’re in the area I HIGHLY recommend stopping by Mudslingers!”

“When I come to this side of town I always make it a point to come here. Usually I just get sushi to-go which is always a fast & pleasant experience. Tonight I decided to sit, have a drink and read a little with dinner and it was a wonderful evening spent. Kendall was my waitress and was a total sweetheart. Everyone here is so delightful and the food is excellent. I recommend the Tokyo Mule, a perfectly light cocktail to pair with your sushi and the Paradise roll if you want something different to try.”

“Superb quality Mexican food. We have enjoyed all the entrees we have tried in our multiple visits since moving to the area only about 3 months ago. Quantity is typically more than we can eat. Side dishes compliment the entrees very well and are also very tasty. Service was excellent and tended to our needs quite well. They had plenty of staff to serve a very busy restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, bordering on festive. We felt like we were experiencing a bit of old Mexico in this place. It is our "go to" Mexican restaurant in our area (and there are many to choose from).”

“My daughter and I came by to try it out. It was fantastic! Excellent seasonings. Everything was good. My daughter even liked the rice and beans...and she is not usually a fan of those items. Now my son-in-law is ticked...he had planned to bring my daughter here for supper...but we came for lunch!! We will definitely be back. Many times!! The Mezcal Nachos were yummy and the guacamole was delight! I consider the guacamole one of my tests of how good a restaurant is. I am so glad we found this place!!”

“Our second time here and it was as good as the first. The pork chop was maybe better than my husband was even expecting, and he had pretty high expectations. The sauce on my chicken pasta (Zorbino) was great as well. We ate both looking forward to the leftovers. Bartender Jessie (sp?) was soooo attentive, and she seems to really enjoy her job, which is great to see. The drive over from Madison is worth it!”

“Literally the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. My husband and I agree that we’ve never had pizza like this anywhere else. It’s genuinely just the best tasting. AND I usually only like super thick, doughy pizzas. This pizza is average thickness and is airy which is a texture I usually hate. But for whatever reason, how ever they make this pizza, it’s actually incredible this way. Idk man. Get the pizza tho.”
