“My brother was in Huntsville Hospital in very serious condition, he had not eaten in several days. I was told by a family member he said he would like some Pineapple pudding, I live in Chattanooga and did not know anyone in Huntsville. I called sever places and no one had Pineapple Pudding. I tried JJ's Treats and found a wonderful lady who said she had never made it before and after I told her it was for my brother in the hospital she would try.I went to Huntsville the next day around noon she texted me and said it was ready I picked it up and took it to him and for the first time in several day he ate some of her Pineapple.She went above and beyond and made my brother something he had wanted to eat,THANKS SO MUCH ( wished I lived closer to Huntsville so I could enjoy some of your treats)“

“My husband and I got our wedding cake through Emily with Baby Bites Bakery and we highly recommend! The second we had our initial consultation with her we knew it was going to be a great experience! Firstly, she took so much care into our vision and making sure it was crafted to perfection. Along the process we had spoken over emails to go through everything and Emily was such a delight! For the baby bites themselves, they were so delicious and moist, plus the decorative aspects were so cute! “I shop at Nature's Own Bakery outlet about once a month. The people who work there are so friendly and will help you all they can. The selections are very good for an outlet shop. I love shopping there. Even the other shoppers are friendly and helpful“

“This mini bundt cake is soooo good! The icing is homemade the cake is so light and melts in your mouth. The drive there was atrocious but when I took a bite of this cake I knew that it was worth it. I'm definitely coming back here! I got White Chocolate Raspberry and Classic Vanilla.“

“You know how you are always wanting a quick lunch but don’t want greasy stuff or a huge meal? This is your new place. It is so good! The sandwich ingredients were fresh and quality. I had a veggie deluxe egg sandwich for lunch. The veggies were the perfect ripeness and texture- which is something most places fail at. The bread is the star at the restaurant and didn’t disappoint. I also had a flat white and it was A+. The service was quick and very friendly. They have really good looking treats (scones, muffins, bars) and loaves of bread for sale. I will be back.“

“My favorite cookies in the whole world, I use to live in bham and frequented the Homewood location. I was so excited to get one in Huntsville and they are just as amazing as the original. I can’t say how excited I am to get the Clift farm location even closer to my house!!!“

“Pizzelle's is an impressive little chocolate shop inside Lowe Mill. It's been around a while - I think they recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary - and for good reason. They have miniature cakes, ice cream/gelato, cookies, a few other confections like toffee, as well as coffee and tea...but the star of the show here is, no doubt, the chocolates. I've visited a couple times over the years but never felt comfy leaving a review because I hadn't had the chocolates - in the past, I've felt more snackish and chosen cookies or gelato. That's the reason for the 4 instead of a 5, honestly -- I wasn't super into either of those items in the past. The ice cream I had was better than the cookies (a mint chip flavor of some sort, a lil too heavy on the mint but otherwise tasty), but I've had cookies at least 3 times over the years and wasn't too taken with any of them. Perhaps I've just gotten unlucky. That aside...the chocolates are an easy 5/5. Yes, they are pricy, but they might as well be works of art. They really are just THAT beautiful. Each and every one is incredibly detailed, sculpted, and colored to perfection. They're all unique and all have thoughtful flavor combinations. You can order smaller bonbon type chocolates as well as a few signature candy bars. This time, I ordered four individual pieces as well as the Mommy Dearest candy bar. I enjoyed the smaller pieces over the next few days, but I was hungry and ate the candy bar right in the shop. It was delicious! Fluffy coconut, crunchy almonds, and gooey caramel with just enough salt. Fine fare! In order from least to most favorite (note: I liked all of these, just have my preferences like anyone): The Depth Charge. Tasty espresso zing, though I was missing the stout and nutmeg. It resembles a beer, though, with beautiful amber and brown ripples. Totally Tubular - reminds me of a 90s indoor skate park. Black and neon! Awesome colors. A very silky chocolate and almond praline. Nice! Nutty by Nature - definitely a favorite. Absolutely stunning swirls of blue, gold, and brown, and a strong nutty flavor and crunch. Not too much marshmallow, but just enough for some pillowy softness. Yum yum yum! Best for last: Give it to Me Baby!! A beautiful chocolate, though a bit more subtle and less flashy in design than the prior two. It's a little like a turtle candy -- absolutely delicious bourbon caramel (you really can taste the bourbon) and perfectly crunchy pecans. Can't lose with this one! Service is always friendly and polite. The quirky decor (lots of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory memorabilia) is fun and inviting. All in all, these chocolates would make a phenomenal gift for anyone in your life (including yourself!) who appreciates chocolate, art, or ideally both!“

“For the first time in decades I was craving a cheese Danish and on the recommendation of a friend stopped at Peggy Ann Bakery. They have been in business since 1953 and I see why. The place was spotless and had nice displays with all the goodies. But the proof is in the tasting. WOW, the Danish was incredible! I'll be back for sure... Now, where can I find some cherry fritters?!? ;-)“

“As soon as you walk in it smells amazing!!!! Plus it’s very clean! BEFORE PICKING ITEAMS FROM THE BAKERY YOU NEED TO USE HAND SANITIZER PLUS THEY GIVE YOU A TRAY AND TONGS! Huge variety of pastries! They are a small grocery store and sell food as well. We got a few different things but my favorite was the Tres Leches cake!“
