went there for the 20$ all you can eat boneless wings deal and after waiting for an hour finally got the first 10 nuggets. Had to wait another 45 minutes for the next 6 nuggets. Kitchen is really slow. waitress was really nice though

Came in for BOGO Tuesday to dine in at the bar. Service was decent and attentive. I order 30 wings and a few beers. Wings were crispy, sauced appropriately, wish I would've asked for light sauce on the blazin. Also food comes out relatively quickly. Check comes and bartender tells me they do not honor BOGO for 15-15, only 6s and 10s. OK, would've been nice to know but I guess it's my fault for assuming a business franchise would honor the whole corporate deal and not nit pick quantities. Still had the 20% off deal but wouldve saved an addtl 10$ if this location honored BOGO 15s. Apparently all the Northern AL BWW locations do this. I thought Huntsville was better than the rest of Alabama...

Very good food. Nice wait staff however our particular waitress tried taking her own tip out of my change without asking, which really just pissed me off. Don't take before given... So with that she didn't receive a tip at all.

Came in with my 7 year old son at 9pm. Asked Marian if there was any specials. She told us they had $20 all u can eat boneless wings and $.60 boneless wings on Mondays. Ordered 60 boneless wings and asked for an order of celery and carrots.After we had ordered she asked if we wanted the food to go or for here which is strange and just Petty cuz we were sitting down at the table that the hostess had sat us at....Food tasted fine. Got the bill and was shocked to see how much it was. I asked Marian why there was 6 charges for the celery and carrots when I just asked for an order of them and why I had 6 charges for the ranch........ She stated that they have to charge for every single ranch on promo nights..... I'm not sure that's completely true.... and if it is true she should have asked me how many ranches I wanted instead of just giving me however many she wanted and then charging like that......and I asked why the promo wasnt .60 each like she stated. She mentioned that she doesn't work on Mondays usually and wasn't sure of the price and that's why she said it was 60 cents.....what.....She went to go speak with her manager and came back with a new receipt and only had taken off 4 charges for the celery and carrots....I prob could have/should have ask to speak to a manager to inquire about the ranch charges as well and with accurate price was of the wings since I was told 60 cents and that didn't appear to be true.... I have been in this industry as a server for 12 years and I understand that Marion might have felt some type of way that we came in at 9:00 p.m. but they don't even close until 10:00...... And we were super respectful and we were out of the restaurant before even 10:00 p.m...... the level of pettiness is astonishing......I still tipped her. anybody coming to this location needs to double check their receipts!!

I did a to-go order. The wait was about 20 minutes who cares. The food taste decent. But for $30 I was expecting more tots that 10 and the tenders not to be tender balls or bigger tenders. Also for $30 expecting a drink with it but didn't. If you on a budget don't go here.Also thought they were boneless they are not.

Ordered food online, went to pick it up and was told it was being put together in the back by waiters after a 5 min wait of no one attending to the take out area.After waiting another 5 min at take out and still not being serviced. I asked could someone check the warmer for my order. It had been sitting there the entire time. No one ever asked me did I need help or to order. Poor service and poor attitude.

DO NOT EAT HERE! BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD, RETARDED STAFF! We had an incomplete order, and they didn't follow any directions. The food was dry and old. When we called the store to get a refund, the guy that picked up was rude and racist. I'll never eat at Buffalo Wild Wings again.
Great food but the server seemed kinda distracted, brought me a to go box even though I didn't ask for one, I asked for more water but she didn't bring it, overall it was good

Service was awful. Took forever to get food, and when we finally got it, 4 items were missing. We spent 2 hours in here and I’ve never spent that long in a restaurant. Was without a drink for 20 minutes and waitress only started checking on us frequently after we were done eating.

Welp arrived and ordered didn't get the food for 50 minutes when it wasn't even busy just to get my wings in with a lady bug cooked into it. The staff we polite but the store itself was unhygienic
