went through the drive through at 830 and the woman was rude saying "I'm not taking any big orders I'm the only one in here". completely understood it would take time to get the actual food. Went on to order the food and got the kids orders done, we went to tell her what we wanted and she interrupted us to say "I told you I wasn't taking any big orders" Didn't realize Burger King let that crap happen to the point we can't even do an order cause they don't have people in the store.

We ordered French Tst sticks and hashrounds both were so greasy it was dripping off of it all. The croissant i ordered was the same way. No one greeted us just said what can i get you, and then set on the counter without saying whose it was very rude. All the tables were dirty and only us and one other customer in the storeWONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!

Wouldn’t not unlock the door to let TWO TOODLERS go potty and I was dashing at the moment and also had to pick up an order from that location ! Very horrible customer service. Strictly disregard me and my kids standing and banging on the door. Went through the drive thru just for her to say that they keep the dinning room locked. Please explain why ?

Went to this location on 01/12/24 @ 9:45 am. We otdered52 double egg cheese croissant sandwiches and both were cold and very dry.
My 2 kids meal chicken nuggets were very hard. They also looked like they tried to redrop them in the grease.
