“It's a typical Panera bread. Service is great and friendly, place was modern-ish and mostly clean. Light fixtures could use some dusting, it was disconcerting to look up and see cob webs right overhead. Got a half sandwich, half salad combo, flavors were decent. The apple I got as a side was slightly bruised and bitter.Parking: Nice diagonal spots.“
“This was my first time at this particular Panera location, and it won't be the last! SUPER friendly, happy, and beautiful staff, they had DELICIOUS samples at the register for customers to try, they helpfully guided me to where I needed to go, and the food I ordered was well-made and absolutely delicious. Plus I love the convenience of the Bridge Street/Madison location, since I work in the area and my parents also live nearby.Vegetarian options: I got the Green Goddess Caprese Melt and the Mediterranean Veggie. I was given the option to get a whole or half sandwich, and each sandwich came with the side of my choice. You can choose between kettle chips, an apple, or French bread. The bread used for the sandwiches was *chef's kiss* SO good!“
“I had a delivery order that I purchased through the app, The DoorDash dasher didn’t not have my complete order I was missing items & also didn’t have my bag and food sealed.. so I called the store and explained to the manager that was on shift at the time and she was very concerned about her customer experience not only that she took the time to refund me my money back as well as in get my order sent back out fresh and made sure I had everything I needed! Everything was amazing especially the chicken chipotle pizza! I most definitely will be ordering again soon thanks to Ms. Chloe & her kindness and making sure her customer was happy & satisfied I most definitely encourage more restaurants or fast food chains to get more employees like Ms. Chloe. & also the GM Mr. TaylorI most definitely recommend this location ??“
