Delivery was fast and friendly, and our food arrived pretty much exactly when we were told it would. Our order, including multiple pizzas and an appetizer, was 100% correct - this scored HUGE bonus points because there were some special instructions/requests. The food was fabulous, and we could taste the quality ingredients in the pizzas. Needless to say, we’re looking forward to making Sam & Greg’s a regular stop every time we’re in town.“

The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. Tonight was no different, until I got my "buffalo pizza" It had no sauce on it, I asked my son to get some sauce, LISA, told him to go in line a pay (which wouldn't have been a problem but I literally ordered a buffalo pizza and the man about same age as my son in front of him, got LISA to add a whole half topping of arugula to his pizza that was apparently made wrong too) he did not have to pay. So if your Mexican/Hispanic or military watch for LISA the "manager" charging you extra for your original order... Thank you LISA for the extra paid sauce on a cold pizza after waiting in line again on my out of state visit dinner with my son. Top notch experience tonight.“

“Yes I got another Huntsville food review coming at you from my amazing weekend at Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo! This place is called Velocé Pizza and it's located in Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment. Now I know this place has been very controversial pertaining to the elevator situation but luckily these guys are located at the bottom floor so it's easy access to everyone. After just eating at Mozza Pizza we ventured here and discovered they were open. I was very excited due to the fact the past two times I had been here they were closed! This time they were open, yaaaaaaay! This order was very simple. A Pepperoni slice and frozen Lemondae please. The pizza as always very hot and cheesy with a buttery crust almost giving cracker vibes without being crunchy it was so good! You want something quick and tasty this is for you! 8.9/10 I also got the frozen Lemondae this thing is perfect for the hot summer weather or if you just want something refreshing. Easy 10/10 Please go and support these guys. Check them out asap!“

“We are avid Marcos pizza fans always the best however the last order we submitted was for three pizzas two orders of wings and two lg steak and cheese subs we had our son pick up the order not knowing the complete order and they never gave him our subs we were charged for them but never received them. $22.00 worth of subs never received very frustrating“

This was one of the only restaurants open today, and since we were going a little bit stir crazy we decided to go out to eat for the first time since the ice storm. Marvin encouraged us to come in, was extremely helpful with our questions about the menu, and thanked us multiple times for coming in. “Went here for the first time yesterday and we did the “skip the line” and sat down and ordered from mobile app. We didn’t realize it auto selected a different location so they never got our order. We waited about 20 mins and asked and they said they don’t know why that happened and apologized and threw in 2 pieces of cake for the trouble. However, we ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza and a club sandwich and Mac n Cheese and the food was amazing! The customer service was great and we can’t wait to go back!“

“This restaurant is close to our house, so we eat here often. We have always had great service, and the food quality is excellent! You can tell how clean a restaurant is by how clean they keep their restrooms, and the ones here are always spotless. The last two times I've been in Caleb has come to the table, and even offered to make a special order for me. Great manager, great food, great restaurant.“
