Huntsville really needed this. A breath of fresh air, but grounded in classic steak house excellence. The stand-bys are available, but any foodie will find something new to love. Marco is now our favorite bartender/ waiter in HSV.

We love the Salt Factory Pub. If you aren't eating here, you're missing out. They now offer live music every Thursday night and the full menu is offered until 10 pm.

First experience here and I am shook! So happy we tried a new place today ! Y’all do NOT sleep on those Louisiana Eggrolls or the calamari!! Josh slinging bourbons like a boss recommended both! He’s great, the food was amazing and well… bourbon is always good! What a great experience! Cannot wait to come back and try the trout - also highly recommended by Josh! The atmosphere, the menu, the drink selections, the staff … all freaking 5 stars ! Great job all ! Nothing but love from Rob & Jax!
