Great food. Great people.
Ate at Huntsville South location yesterday. Food was delivered quickly, everything was hot and fresh. All of the staff were nice, especially Dee. Dee went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our meal, and she had a great attitude! Good Customer Service is hard to find these days, this location obviously doesn’t have that problem! We will be back!

South parkway had an unfriendly drive thru person “helping”. She asked for the name for the order and then did not place the order correctly. She went through two different orders before just retaking mine. After going to the second window, they handed me the sweet tea and it tasted like it was sour. It was absolutely disgusting. A lady came to the window and I asked her for something else because the tea was terrible. She didn’t even ask what I wanted but took the cup. The girl from the first window came back and asked what I wanted and brought it to me. After waiting several minutes, we finally got our food. My wife checked the order and thankfully it came out correctly. The chicken and okra were hot but the fries were very soggy. We will not be returning.
