Was there when doors opened but after a very few people were seated suddenly the wait was 30+ minutes due to staff shortage. What I noticed was the 5 employees at the check in desk. I asked why some of them weren’t serving food and they said they were too young because of the alcohol. I’ve been to many restaurants where a different person served the alcohol. I was seated in full view of the check in desk and watched them talking and having a good time while wait list became longer. Why pay people to just stand around? Food was good and waitress was very good.
