I wanna love this place but they keep missing the mark as far as getting an order accurately. I try to be patient and reasonable but Geesh…listen to what people order, confirm the order and enter that; not what you think they said.If certain items are no longer in your menu and your new menus haven’t arrived, get some tape and mark out the items that are not available.I sat in my car for 25 minutes waiting on an order, only for it to be wrong and so had to wait another 25 minutes for my corrected order. They offered nothing to compensate for their error and my wasted time. My order should’ve been made as a large or doubled at no charge, instead they just looked at me. If I wasn’t starving and didn’t have my mind set on pizza I woulda just asked for my money back.

The pizza I got was good, however, I ordered a half order of cheese bread, that says it feeds 4. I don't think I was given a half order...unless you only get 1 small slice per person????

We ordered delivery last weekend and it took almost 2 hours. The driver didn’t even want to bring the pizza to the door. This is not normal for this location. Normally the staff is nice and courteous. I believe the delivery guy didn’t want to work and had them behind.

I ordered the califlower crust veggie pizza and OMG is this the best thing I've had all week! I had to change my diet for my overall health, and when I saw Donatos made this crust I decided to try it. Not knowing how delicious this thing is! I can't stop eating it... ?❤️Vegetarian options: You can get the cauliflower crust, and veggie's. Even the sauce can be vegan.
