My husband did a review and it has not showed up. We love this place, and in this time, everyone always posts negetive. So we are here to give a positive review!! This smoothie king is the best! From the employees to the managers and we love the new shirts! The employees here are hard workers and we have been here on Friday when it is crazy! They are always very nice and say sorry when it is a wait. Keep it up smoothie king!! You are doing great!

I've supported this business for 4 years through their growing pains as it appears that every few months they have a change in staff and the services and quality in the smoothies decline. I try to work with the staff and management on the premises and have only reached out to the owner Betsy 3 times in the 4 years of dealing with this business. A few weeks ago as usual I decided to stop by the business on an evening. There were new staff members and as I expected, the smoothie I ordered taste off. I request to order a different smoothie something I felt was easier to make and what ever supervisor that was on duty refused and told the cashier that if I wanted a different smoothie, I would have to pay for another one? Well I tried to contact Betsy whom normally would respond but this time did not. I was left with the option to have them make the same smoothie that tasted funny, or pay for a different one on top of what I already paid. Keep in mind I come to this business on average 3 times a week at a minimum. To date, I have reached out to Betsy, called corporate of which they have requested management give me a call, and nothing. Just know that this is how they treat loyal customers...... Your money is only of value at time of purchase I guess.In response to the businesses comment, please respond to the complaint that was filed with corporate as they have reached out to me and asked if I received a call from you and I let them know that I have not.

Thank you smoothie king for letting my service dog in. They asked if they could give her a cup for pup! So nice. I had a hard time ordering and was very thankful for Susan she helped me. They were so busy so I was thanking her to take the time with the app and ordering.

I went yesterday before work to get a Açaí Bowl the wait was terrible. After waiting on my bowl for about twenty minutes I got five mins down the road and instantly called back I stirred the bowl it was watery had been blended to liquid. I called back to the store because I couldn't turn around would be late for work. The worker Jewel that also took my order told me she didn't know what she could do about it. The next morning I called to talk to the manager Suszane she was rude and told me that since it was the next day all she could do was give me a 50% discount on my next bowl. I didn't even want a refund just my bowl replaced. Smoothie King you lost a customer today I normally get about three bowls a week $15 isn't cheap to not accommodate someone on a replacement bowl. The Location on University is way better I never have no complaints. This was my second time at this location and it's trash. I won't spend another dime at smoothie king because of this location!!!!!!

What's going on at the smoothie king in Madison 1st couple times was great now every time we go it's a issue order messed up evidently they only take 1s-5s&10 cause they refused my $$ more than once they wouldn't even take a gold dollar said they don't accept THOSE or anything bigger than a 20 several times I had the 2$off scan & when they scanned it they say oh we not honering those today
