The wores service I've ever had at Steakout on 72 West in Huntsville/Madison Al. My food was awful ? ?? Dryed out, and the manager had the guts to tell me to bring it back so that they could investigate ? and let the cook see it. I will never treat a paying customer who had already taken a picture and was only asking for a raincheck for another time. So I politely took it back and told the manager to open it and look at it before I left. She did an said woe.?? I said no, that's not medium. ? Stupidity at its best. Wasted time and gas ⛽️. Now, that's how Steakout treats their customers. NOT....Vegetarian options: Salad ?

I ordered a large tips with loaded baked potato and the potato was dirty like it just came from the Earth. They must have a farm behind the store but that doesn’t excuse why my potato was so grainy. My tips were supposed to be medium. They were more on the RARE side. Yuck! My salad consisted solely of the thickest cuts of iceberg lettuce (the regrettable white part) I’d ever seen. Absolutely no taste. The one salad dressing is a choice that I would review and immediately upgrade to two, were I the owners. All in all…as someone who did not grow up here I can honestly say I do not see the hype. You guys are being sold a dream that turns into a nightmare. This was the Slaughter Rd location but I absolutely will not be ordering from any other location in the future. BUYER BEWARE!Zero stars!

Man I hate they don’t deliver on hwy 53 but it’s so good I went and picked it up everything was right everything was in the bag the food was so good best ribeye sandwich I ever had steak tips were great burgers were great never
Michelle is the best! When Thermal Corporation needs lunch for meetings, this is the only place we go. Last week we tried ordering at two different places and the other place failed to get our order. Michelle and the other crew members really stepped up and helped us. Thank you all for your help and always being so kind.

Always the best burger available, as long as it's not overcooked. Not crazy about the policy making medium well or we'll the only options for the burgers. Much better when you used to prepare medium as well.
