We had the worst experience at Phoenix Bourbon Room last night! We had a reservation before the Nate Bargatze show. They claimed not to even know there was an event at the Footprint center. As a restaurant right across the street they should know the events. There were not enough employees working to handle any amount of customers. On top of extremely slow to no service our waitress was extremely rude. We had to seat ourselves, bus our own tables, get our own silverware and received our food ALL at different times. It also took over 20 minutes to get our first drinks and some of them were wrong. We are a very understanding group of people so for us to be this upset it was really bad. Also, all of their white chairs were extremely dirtcy and disgusting. Unacceptable.

I dont normally write reviews but I feel the need to on this place. Went twice while we were in town for the Final Four—though both the food and service were terrible. It was close to our hotel and did not have a wait, otherwise we never would have come backRestaurant was as obnoxiously loud. The TVs were blasting and people were banging on tables and yelling. No one from the restaurant asked them to stop.I had the ribs first, they were awful. While I understand its not a BBQ restaurant, I would have expected better from a place that charges $50 for a steak.Had lunch on Sunday during the Womens title game before hitting the road. Every item our party ordered was incorrect. Simple burgers with the wrong toppings that were not corrected.Staff was awful, never came to check on the food, had to physically track them down to tell them the order was wrong. Took forever to get the check.Lastly (and this might be a cheap shot)—for a place called the “Bourbon Room”—their bourbon list essentially consists of every bottle currently available at your local liquor store. At best they have a handful of bottles worth paying bar prices for.Rating 1/5P.S. Fix your grammar on the menu. What is LTO? “B&B, Pickles”…You mean bread and butter pickles? Basic english here people! Dont use acronyms without telling us what they mean

I love coming here. The food is amazing plus they have a great staff that makes you feel welcomed every time you come in. Plus they have great service. Odalis and Mari Angela are some of the best servers for sure.

My husband and I went last night before a concert and had a lovely server. She didn't seem to really know bourbons exactly so when husband ordered she asked him to point to it to get the right one. All well until we get the bill he was charged $95 instead of $25 for what he ordered. She said oh no so sorry my fault and went to adjust it and when she returned her boss had told her that he wouldn't because we drank it. how were we supposed to know you poured the wrong bourbon when it is something we have never had before. he refused to adjust it although they were in the wrong because he would have to answer to his business partner. so inappropriate and baffling honestly.

Very rude bartenders. Wouldn't wait on us although they'd see us with our empty glasses waving at them. Very boring too

Really good food quality. The tuna and salmon plates were very tasty. Loved the dessert too! ? They have a big selection of bourbon drinks as you can imagine. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

We were there with a group of 8. The service was not good. It became a joke, actually. We had drinks at one end of the table finished, and the other end still had not received their bourbon flights. The food was delicious. Pulled pork sandwich, bone in pork chop, salads, jambalaya, meatloaf...everyone was happy. The spirit selection was huge, but at least 4 selections were unavailable. The dirty dishes were left on the table for ages. The server needs to know not to carry dishes next to her body with her long hair hanging into people's dinners. The bathrooms needed attention. No tp at 5 pm on a Saturday is poor planning. Could have been awesome. The menu needs an Irish Whiskey flight.Parking: The garage in the building is backward and confusing but they validate.

Spare yourself and do not come here. I never write negative reviews but i want to spare future people from spending their money on such terrible food. Awful food and very bad service. Atmosphere is the only thing thats decent but everything else is like the worst bar food youve ever had.

We came here at 10pm on a Friday night and the place was dead. The ambiance inside is not very good, they have these huge sprawling windows that overlook a parking lot and Fry's grocery store, when it would be much better to just put up some Curtains and focus on the internal decor, which is lacking. They also have several big TVs on the wall playing sports, like they are trying to be some lame sports bad. With a name like Bourbon Room, I was expecting a nice, upper scale experience. Also, the Old Fashioned drink they made me was not that good, unfortunately.
