“TLDR: An okay spot to enjoy Korean food outside of KBBQ. They may have a small menu but they do things well enough for a return trip. Jajangmyeon (Black Bean Noodle): The signature dish of the place. I feel that this is their most consistent thing on the menu given how many people ordered it when I was in line. It's a unique flavor profile for people who don't really eat these types of food. It's the right amount of saltiness, the right amount of sauce, a good amount of vegetables, and a respectable amount of pork. Can recommend. Creamy fried shrimp: It's pretty much your Chinese honey walnut shrimp without the walnut and with significantly less mayonnaise taste. The shrimp is thinly fried and the batter flavor is there to carry the dish. I just felt that this was a step or 2 below than where it should've been considering the price it commands. Ambiance: It's a small to medium sized restaurant that seats 30 ish. Cleanliness wise, it looks fine. Service: You order, pay, and pick up your food. There isn't much service to talk about.“

“Staff was gentle even though it was our first time. Food was as expected. Toilets barely worked. Could use more toilet service more often, it's disappointing to find decent restaurants but bad toilets.Overall good experience, a/c was nice.“

“It's a pretty good jjampong spot in Buena Park!A Koreanized Chinese comfort food spot. It's been a few years since I last visited, and current owners have it right with jjangmyun and Jjampong. Noodle portion was on the light side.Service is prompt but not very friendly. Maybe the server was having an off-day. Restaurant is fairly tidy. I would definitely visit for another craving of jjangmyun.“

“This place has the best Jjajangmyeon in town. However, this place asks you to tip 15%, 18%, or 20% when paying with a card, but if you press 0, the owner doesn't say a word and is cold to you. It's the same every time I go.However, the waitress wearing glasses is really friendly. When this person works alone, I always press 20%.At least wipe down the table in front of the store so we can eat cleanly. If you burden customers with tips at a food court where there is no service, wouldn't they end up going once instead of twice?“

“Our hiking group came early in the morning. The food was good. The place is clean, but all the ice cream buckets were already empty!!“
“WHEN: 11/19/21 @ 1pm on Saturday This small restaurant is located inside the Hannam Korean grocery store. It's located inside the food court which has a few other shops as well as a large shared eating area. When we arrived the market and food court was filled with Koreans eating and shopping. Everyone from grandpas to employees were eating together! I also noticed that most people were eating either the Jjamppong or the black bean noodle from this noodle store. I got the Jjamppong ($11) for two people and the portion is huge! It's served in a huge bowl FILLED with so much seafood. The noodles were amazing... chewy, flavorful, and dense! The flavor of the soup is everything you can ask for in a spicy seafood noodle. I'm so glad I came here because I just found my new favorite Korean noodle spot. I'll definitely be back to try the black bean noodle!“

“A Chinese skewer restaurant, yet operated more similar to KBBQ and with banchan as appetizers. They have a nice selection of skewers (from meat to organs). Our server was very helpful, especially in recommending to remove spice from a few dishes for the kid (but seriously, DON'T do that unless you are 100% not tolerant to anything spicy). The automated rotating grill was really clear. However, it may not work perfectly for a few bigger/heavier skewers such as shrimp. While everything was great in general, a smoke/fume extractor may be needed...“
