“I was so excited when I found this local roaster on Yelp, and to my surprise, Pacific Beans completely exceeded my expectations! To give you some background on my coffee preferences, I love purchasing single-origin coffee beans to make pour overs at home using my Hario V60. I usually buy online from highly reputable roasters such as Onyx Coffee Lab and Black and White Roasters. This local roaster is almost on that same level without having to pay for shipping or steep mark-ups. About a month ago, I purchased three coffee bean offerings from them (two in person and one online), and they were all amazing. I'm impartial to naturally processed Ethiopian beans, but I had to try the Indonesian offering, and it didn't disappoint! I did wish that the Indonesian offering was roasted lighter to get more of the fruity notes, because those beans seemed to grind finer than the other offerings I purchased. I also tried their El Paraiso and their Santa Lucia Gesha - both were amazing and complex in their own ways. I love that they didn't over-roast these beans and that they roast in small batches to ensure that you'll pick up a fresh bag. The exotic, fruity flavors really come out in these beans, and I was able to taste all the notes they had listed on the packaging (especially the El Paraiso, which was by far my favorite - the lychee notes were so prominent in that one!) Best of all, you can call ahead and place your order, and they'll roast it for you the next day. You can also order online on their website, and they'll ship it to you for free. They have a selection of freshly roasted beans on stock as well, if you're looking to pick up something quick. In person, service was very friendly and helpful. It is quiet, and the location is a bit hard to find (it's along an alley away from the busy traffic of Beach Blvd). It is quiet in there since their cafe is closed, but you can still visit during open hours to buy beans.“

I had the Kilamansi green tea thinking it would taste like a normal tea but WOW, I felt like I was living an experience. Deep floral notes, a slight sour and sweet aftertaste. Just delicious! The owner said the (fresh!) fruit used in the tea has healing medicinal properties. Very cool, will repeat!Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks, and non caffeinated tea.“

“A nice place to come get strong, aromatic Vietnamese coffee. The place is fancy and well decorated. Staff are friendly and tables are clean and inviting. I love their classic Vietnamese Coffee. It is strong so be sure to let the ice melt a little so it's not too strong or bitter. I will definitely come back here to get some more coffee drinks. The plaza has adequate parking and not too crowded.“

“First of all, creating a safe space and giving opportunities to people with disabilities in a workplace is such a beautiful thing to do. Though I've never had trouble with service and I'm not sure if this is even the case, I want to remind others that there is a possibility that disabilities can impact social communication, as simple as greetings. So, I recommend customers to remember this is a possibility and to be kind and understanding. Lattes and baked goods and pretty good here. It is always a nice stop for an early coffee and snack to get the day started. I personally like the honey lavender latte for its subtle floral taste with an alternative sweetener, but there are a variety of choices available. Prices are fair for the economy. “Don't know how i've never reviewed this place before. But theres not much to say except its awesome. I love this whole place and their mission statement. The drinks are superb especially the sensory latte! Also, the bagels are huge and so good! I even asked them where they got them from. Prices are reasonable and both locations are amazing. “Good hang out and the people are very friendly. You order right when you come in and then take a seat - very spacious inside and nicely decorated. Ordered the salmon toast and the mushroom toast. Both were good, but the salmon was better. The mushroom toast had plenty of mushroom and tasted fine but personally I felt that it needed a sauce of some kind - like a mushroom sauce or something to give it a little more moisture and flavor. I added pepper (they only have pepper and salt as condiments) and that was better since I like a lot of pepper on sautéed mushrooms. So if you like hot sauce or anything like that, bring your own. :) The salmon toast had a soft egg with white sauce and a little masago on top. Together with the greens and toast, there was a balanced saltiness. Also tried the Hojita Milk which was coffee (I thought it was tea - my error). The roastiness was definitely there. Pretty good. I would like it a little sweeter, but that's me. Definitely a good place for coffee drinkers since most drinks are coffee based. I would come back for the salmon and to try some of the other things (miso pasta looks promising), but would bring my own condiments just in case.“

“This place is awesome! Excellent coffee and a fantastic atmosphere. My wife got a latte with pistachio milk, a double shot of espresso, and a touch of honey. I got a Spanish Latte and both were excellent. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable about their . Very relaxed the vibe in here… We go on coffee dates almost every weekend and go to a new place every time somewhere in So Cal. This is our favourite so far… People can come here and set up shop and pretty much use it as their office… Very large place but does not lack any of the quaint feel… highly recommend checking this place out.“

“on a weekend getaway looking for some coffee other than your typical Starbucks we found this place and the minute we walked in we were greeted with a nice hello from Francisco. We asked about the menu and its various types of coffees. he was so knowledgeable and shared with us the difference between the brewing process and beans, etc. we requested that he make us one of his highly recommended drinks and to our surprise, we were very impressed with what he chose. “Found this place on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Ambiance: 4.5/5 Wednesday morning around 10:30am, there were a good amount of people, but not too crowded. No line tho. So I took my time with the menu, and the staff was helpful answering any questions. I ended up getting a cold brew with 2 different flavors in the cold foam. I forget which flavors but I asked the girl and she said it sounds good. My brother got the vanilla bean frappe. Drinks: 3/5 The cold brew itself was light but more on the sour spectrum. I am not a major cold brew connoisseur, so not sure if that's good or bad. The foam didn't add too much flavor to the drink, but I appreciated it was there. Not my favorite nor would I come back here for this, but maybe another drink. The vanilla bean frappe didn't have coffee in it - I don't think. I guess I assumed it would, but no worries about that. It was true to its name. He drank it, but we both agreed it was just alright. Service: 5/5 The service was great however, the cute merchandise corner was nice, and there was lots of seating and places to work or catch up with friends.“

Inside was super spacious and they had outlets so it's ideal to get a little work done here or plug-in to charge your devices. I ordered the French Toast for lunch and was beyond satisfied.
