“Amazing local business with a passion for the product and a deep connection to the source in the Philippines. I had the Kilamansi green tea thinking it would taste like a normal tea but WOW, I felt like I was living an experience. Deep floral notes, a slight sour and sweet aftertaste. Just delicious! The owner said the (fresh!) fruit used in the tea has healing medicinal properties. Very cool, will repeat!Dietary restrictions: Alternative milks, and non caffeinated tea.“

“Yoooooooooooooooo! Been coming here getting filipino fast food for our fam for over 15 years maybe even longer lol Im getting old to the point im forgetting but all I can say is its been such a long time we've been coming here and my dad gets a XL kaldereta kambing every tuesday, and me, my sister and mom are so tired of it but he still likes it every week. I personally love the lechon when it's fresh and always ask them for more skin lol and free soup when you order the plate meal combo. I also get the kare kare or mongo, wish they give more mongo though since it's very cheap to make they should put it in a medium bowl. Ambiance of the place is very standard turo turo type of restaurant, only filipinos would understand what turo turo means lol Service is obviously fast since the food is already cooked and you just got to point and pick what you want kinda like chipotle in a way. turo turo btw means point and pick the food you want, a better example instead of chipotle would be panda express but instead of chinese food its filipino food. Today i actually forgot to tell them i wanted kaldereta kambing just ordered kaldereta and they gave me beef but they were kind enough to replace it for kambing when i called it in.“

“Passing by on a hungry Sunday and hung a u-turn when we saw pics online. We ordered the #2 and the #4 - keep it simple:#2 rotisserie chicken - simple and delicious. And the #4 bomb crispy porkCertainly stop, hang your turn and come back - yes. We are glad that we did. The portions are enormous and all the flavor is sensational. We are definitely coming back when we have that begging question "what should we eat tonight?" :)“

“Yum the food was delicious. Nothing fancy looks like a school lunch ensemble. Lots of different options. Everything we got was good. So delicious and authentic Filipino food. All the food is packed in a styrofoam container or styrofoam cups. Food is a bit more expensive that the signs said. Food was good tho so it's alright. Would come again if I lived closer. Here on a trip and decided to stop by. Lots of parking. There is tables to sit down and eat if you want. Everything is packed and ready to go home. You will have leftovers the serving sizes are nice and plentiful.“

“Great everything. I thought this was a Mexican restaurant but found out it is a Phillapeno restaurant. I never had Phillapeno food before but now I am hooked. The fried chicken is the best I've had in my life.I hate the skin of chicken because it's always to greasy or not crisp enough. This was perfect ,crispy onbthe outside & tender juicy on the inside with great flavor. My friend & I shared garlic rice, and a mixed noodle dish with combination of meats. Yummy. We will be back to try other dishes, but always get that great fried chicken. Service was spot on also, very friendly & clean place.Vegetarian options: Can get great veggie dishes with different rice selection and noodles.Parking: It's in a small strip mall,so lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Has tables you can put a wheelchair at,also handicap parking in front of restaurant.“

“Grabbed takeout from Kainan Sa Kanto in Stanton's Smart & Final Plaza. The BBQ chicken and pork skewers were full of flavor and quite tender. The lumpiang shanghai was crispy, just the way I like it. Also, tried the leche flan, which was creamy and satisfying. However, the puto bumbong could use some improvement in texture. Minimal dine-in seating available. Ordering by phone was easy, and the person taking the order was friendly. Overall, a decent spot for Filipino takeout if you're in the area.“

“1st time here. Pretty good. Large serving of food. I tried the Chicken curry adobo bowl and Dynamite fries. 1st..the bowl was huge. Stuffed with chickrn, rice and curry sauce. In terms of sharing..10/10. In terms of taste 7/10. The meat was thigh meat which I am not a fan of. The taste was good though, and the size was great. The sweet potato dynamite fries need a lot of help. There was an ample amount, but 7.50 for fries...I expected some really loaded fries. There was a sliver if cilantro, a teaspoon of sauce and maybe 4 garlic cloves. I asked for more sauce and it was an upcharge. The guy took a picture of my fries and gave me the sauce free??? WtH??? Anyway...worth a try if at Rodeo 39.“
“Found this gem after doing a search on yelp and sorting through the reviews. Food was delicious! The male who took my order and the woman who helped me when I I arrived were soooo nice. Know that they do more catering and/or order ahead and pick up than sit down and eat. But, babe!!!! Can I say again, the food was amazing and it was reasonably priced. I fed my house (5 people) and my book club (8 people) and everyone said the food was amazing!!!“

“The restaurant at first glance was nice. The service was super slow. Once they seated us they handed us menus but no explanations and dashed off. We couldn't figure out who our actual server was because we had different people approach our table. When we finally got our food order the portions were small disappointing - none of them came with rice! We had to order rice a la cart! Another eating delay..... I can say the food was good and presented nicely, but the process don't match the experience.“

“The Filipino food here is so delicious and fresh. It tastes just like a home cooked meal. I ordered the the crispy pata, pancit, beef kalgareta, pork sisig, and tortang talong. You will definitely leave very full and satisfied. I will come back for sure.“

“Great food but does not have a dress code. Should not accept customers wearing undershirt. It’s gross n tacky. It diminishes the restaurant’s ambiance.“
“Great bakeshop to be at service since 1952... d' best!“

“Came here for the Siopao and Fresh Lumpia only. So this rating is only for those two mentioned above. Service was ? during my visits. Place has a dine-in area, and the restroom is available for customers. Everyone's taste is different, but I'd still recommend the siopao(live it) and fresh lumpia, especially if you like vegetables.“

“Just like my grandmother's cooking! Authentic Pinoy food. Get your friends hooked on this place it's legit! My family often will use their catering services for our gatherings. It's always a hit, and by tradition you know where the left overs (grab your country crock tub) go! I also brought some lumpia shanghai to work, and lets say I was the cool guy in the office for a week. I'm always recommending this place to other, be it if they are Filipino or looking to try Filipino dishes.“
