“Walked in on a Saturday night - it wasn't too busy and we were seated immediately. We ordered the Choose 3 Combination (M), Kimchi Cold Noodle, and Beef Tartare. Service was fast and the staff were great! The Kimchi Cold Noodle was super refreshing and cuts the fattiness of the intestine. The beef tartare was also very fresh and a generous portion. There were only 2 of us so we had a lot of leftovers to take home haha. A solid gobchang spot!“

“I was searching for the seollangtang in OC and I think I found it. I actually love that they have dogani tang (ox knee soup) so that's my go to dish now. Their soup is super quality with real beef bone broth. It gets gelatinous when it's cold which shows it's true quality. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious and is so comforting to eat.“

“good food but pricey! the pho broth was just mid but the quality of the meat is superior to other joints. unlimited noodles, but does not justify the price.the green sauce that comes with the wings and steak is fire.fast. i don’t know if it’s the size of the tables but the waiters came by almost too frequently to remove my dishes, even if i wasn’t done lolol.“

“Drove out from Long Beach to get lunch here for the second time. And everyone from Long Beach knows there are many awesome delicious Pho and noodle shacks in Long Beach, but I had to make the drive to Cypress The spring rolls were extra crunchy loaded with vegetables They were delicious. Shrimp Pho was also full of flavor an a handful of large shrimp very satisfying meal. the portions here are very generous, and the prices are great.“

“First time visiting The Source and the menu of this fast food restaurant in the 3rd floor food court immediately caught my eye. I ordered the steak tartare and it was one of the best things I ate during my short visit here. It’s a large bowl of seasoned julienned beef that is eaten over rice and bean sprouts. It comes with a small container of Kimchee and a seasoning sauce. There’s also a bowl of soup (miso?) on the side. The soup is a little bland but the steak tartare is absolutely full of flavor and delicious. If I lived here and could come to The Source regularly, I’d order this all the time!Service was quick. I was given a pager when I ordered but my food was ready in less than 3 mins. Restaurant is in a food court so the atmosphere is casual and energetic. Just find a place to sit and enjoy the delicious food.“

“I am so happy to have seen Myung Dong reopen their doors! They were closed for the longest due to a fire, but they are back in business. This is my favorite place to grab galbitang. The food portions and price is great. The service is quick and friendly! Their side dishes always rotate it seems, other than the staples like kimchi. It is cool as that's an introductory way of trying different bancchans they also serve both the soy marinade raw crabs and the spicy marinade raw crabs, definitely interesting if you want to try it out.“

“Genuine Japanese Ramen with rich Miso taste. No other ramen shops serve this taste and only one in SoCal. It’s worth to spend your time to go to this place if you are Ramen Lover! Now they start serving Shio-Ramen (Clear Salt base soup) with Truffle oil flavor. This one is very good, too!“
