“Place is ok, there are so many better places though! I would eat here if I didn’t want to go out too far. Black garlic ramen was seriously lacking flavor but the udon was good. Sushi was standard and the hoedeopbap was tasty, just didn’t have much fish. Maybe I’ve been spoiled but service was poor. Girl was trying to talk to me across a loud room and ordering was slow. It was only her working this particular evening so it might have been overwhelming. We were told at 9:10 that they closed at 9:15 (nicely told us to gtfo), but we were confused because google says they close at 9:30. Didn’t matter too much because we were about done anyways. Despite the negatives, definitely give it a try, palettes are always different. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t come here again, could’ve been a one-off night and I always like to give establishments another shot.“

“My husband and I are creatures of habit but we decided to try this ramen spot out for the first time. The servers were super friendly and fast. The chicken karaage and ramen came out hot! They also gave us complimentary edamame, which is cool. I'm definitely going to tell our friends and family about this little spot. Plus, the cat robot who runs the food was entertaining to watch.“

“I have gone around many places for vegan sushi and/or ramen but none has topped this place! I have had most of their vegan sushi roll options and the taste never seems to change (for the best)! The service is always top notch, and the servers continue to check in and see if you need more water, want order more items, etc. They have small booths for 4 ppl, which I love because we are able to enjoy ourselves and stuffing our face with food, lol (just playing). But I like that they give you somewhat of a bit of privacy, where you can talk and hear the other ppl in your booth clearly without raising your voice. I love coming here, I enjoy the food, the flavor, and the spicy ramen. They cater to vegan and non-vegans, so it's a great place to eat if you have friends or family that are plant-based. “Absolutely outstanding. Instead of our usual sushi + sashimi, we went with three rolls. Angel, a protein roll (no rice), and the {gifted} salmon roll. I can’t begin to articulate how beautiful and fresh and DIFFERENT each one tasted. Everything top notch. While I truly enjoy dthe previous owners/menu {mainly because of proximity and convenience to home}, the new owners have completely revamped decor, menu, service and WOW what an improvement. “I've never had mazemen before and I would 100% have it again. I had the cheese mazemen and honestly, I felt like that food critic from Ratatouille. I was felt at home from the first bite and by the end of the second one, I was in bliss. I felt like I was transported back to another ramen place I've visited a few years ago where they made the ramen fresh. I wanted the full experience, so I took an allergy pill beforehand so I could try the mazemen and it was worth it. I would totally suffer palpitations again!“

We sat at the bar to watch the cooks prepare the ramen.Gyoza was also perfect, the sauce was also quite excellent. Really enjoyed the variety of the music being played as well.“

We ordered sushi rolls (not pictured; sorry, we were hungry) and a plate of yellowtail. It was my first time trying the yellowtail, and I loved it! It tasted so fresh and well-seasoned. We ordered an Arnold Palmer mocktail, and it was so refreshing. It wasn't too sweet. The service was great. Our waitress was helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The ambiance was very relaxing. We ordered several appetizers including the garlic edamame and chicken karaage. I ordered the truffle garlic ramen and my friends ordered the spicy miso ramen and tonkotsu ramen. Garlic Truffle Ramen 4/5 - The broth was rich and full of truffle flavor and the noodles were chewy and had good texture and absorbed the broth well. Plenty of bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, and bean sprouts were in the bowl. The egg was perfectly cooked. The chashu piece was good and tender but I was hoping for at least 2 pieces in my bowl. Chicken Karaage 4/5 - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Paired well with the sauce on the side. Garlic Edamame 5/5 - seasoned well with garlic flavor and the portion size was great and piping hot when it arrived. Salmon Truffle 4/5 - quite delicious and the flavors were well balanced between the truffle, ponzu sauce, and parmesan cheese. The micro greens added a good texture and each piece was rich but but not too overwhelming. Overall, we had a great meal and the ambience was chill and not too crowded. The art on the walls is pretty unique and adds to the overall ambience and I would definitely come back again. Check this spot out for delicious ramen if you are in the area!“

“My wife and I have visited this ramen spot several times, and let me tell you something IT NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Owner of this place always provides the best service, and the atmosphere is cozy, it feels personal every time. Appetizers you can never go wrong, doesn’t matter what you choose & the ramen is great. “I would say this gives a good feel for small sushi spots. And when I say "small" I mean tiny. 8 tables TOPS. It's tucked in on Clark right behind the Southeast shopping center and the parking can be tricky. I think they should add a little takeout/pick up window so that the sit down patrons won't be constantly interrupted in such small quarters. Anywho, the rolls were pretty good. I went real basic B with a crunch roll and dragon roll. Eel was perfectly seared. Very good portion and I loved that they added the eel sauce on the side since it was a Togo order. The servers/cashiers were efficient and acknowledging. I added an order of tempura veggies when I got there and did not have to wait too long. The tempura was perfect and they had my favorite in the assortment (squash, carrot and onion) They also have some nifty anime decor. I remember going here when they just opened (quite a while ago and I don't think it was named the same) but the rolls were gigantic back then. I wish they still had them that way because it distinguished them from other sushi spots. Now it's just another sushi spot. I'll need to try some other rolls, they are reasonably priced too.“

My husband got the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen combo with the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice as well. Both ramen were great! Deeply savory broths and the chasu pork was so tender and flavorful! They also put a generous amount of spicy tuna on the crispy rice, which was a tasty appetizer. This is a perfect dinner on a chilly evening. Also, a special thank you to the sweet owner who gave us two iced teas on the house. Made our night! :)“

I liked mine because of the creamy broth and high quality toppings and my partner liked his because of the smoky/spicy flavor of the broth. Everything was made to order. The waiter had very helpful answers to my questions (about portion size) on what I should order.I ordered the half green onion, half garlic bossam for $42. I love the garlic sauce here—it's a sweet minced garlic paste that masks any gaminess in the pork. The green onion sauce was more of just a gochujang sauce that had shredded green onion on top. Not my favorite but that's just my personal preference.I didn't think I was waiting particularly long for my food at all. Maybe just 5-10 minutes into placing my order, the waiter came by to let me know my dish would be coming out kind of slow because they were making a fresh batch of the pork. They offered some refreshments on the house and refilled my banchan without me needing to ask. AND THEN they came around like another 5-10 minutes later to offer a plate of freshly fried gyoza for the "inconvenience." “Came here for the Naruto collaboration. Sadly they ran out of some of the merch but I was still able to enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen. Got the dinner combo which was choosing a type of ramen plus an appetizer. I got the classic with fried gyoza. Ramen was great with a delicious creamy broth and the gyozas were so nice and crispy! Also was a cold rainy day so this definitely hit the spot! Service was amazing! Food came out fast and our waiter constantly checked on us. They were super attentive and made our visit enjoyable.“
