Came here on a Friday around 6:30 and waited maybe 20 minutes for my drink. We tried to order online multiple times but for whatever reason the online orders wouldn't work. You order on a machine and it gives you a QR code to scan. The tea is great, with great variety and options for almost any dietary restriction. The place is super busy on the weekend, and the wait time is extremely long. 30 minutes for making tea when almost every ingredient is prepared in advance is quite weird to me.If you can, just order online and come for a pickup, or go get udon soup next door while you wait..
