I've been here several times and the food is amazing and well worth the price each time. The service is also always good. There is a large selection of meat to choose from and the quality is very good.

The price is on the higher end, and the experience and customer service is unbeatable. I love Haidilao! I tried all their broth and they are all yummy. My favorite is tom yum and tomato. Ordered dishes are fresh and high quality ingredients in pleasant presentation. I love their sauce bar. So fun. Such a perfect place for family gatherings, especially birthday as the staffs will join singing and cheering with you.

Good food Good service Long wait Condiment bar could have more variety Why is clear noodles so expensive? It should be more reasonably priced, especially for those who are allergic to wheat.

Just had my husband's birthday dinner here and I have to say that I am very disappointed. I told our server that it was our first time there and his only response was "oh." That's one star off. I have no issues paying for quality but I would like to know that we needed to pay for sauces. I have never been to a hot pot spot that made me pay for the sauce bar. Second star off. The quality of the food was top tier but unfortunately I don't see myself coming back. At least not to this location. Customer service was ok. We were charged for an item that never arrived and our server immediately took it off. There was nothing spectacular about our experience today.

We came here with a huge party of 12 and sat at the long table in the back with 3 spots for soup. Daniel really took care of us and was super attentive. We even got gift bags with snacks and toys! Overall, a great experience and I recommend them for big parties if you don't mind sharing. About the food: We chose the option to have 4 soups in each spot. Tomato broth was my favorite but many of the others were delicious too. Meat quality was great and there is a large variety of noodles, vegetables, and tofu.

On the yelp show no waiting for 4:30 seating before we heading over & it takes 50 mins to drive . Once we got there the reception told us it will take 90 mins to 2 hours to wait ! If we knew we wouldn't drive to the restaurant. It's very bad information & they didn't take customers time seriously. I was told they have excellent service but seeing is believing !

As much as I love the food and the ambience, I have to give this place 1 star for experiencing discriminatory service. Our family decided to come here in celebration of mother's day, but unfortunately reservations were all booked so we decided to give it a try right when they opened and come in person to see if we could get on the waitlist. The lady doing check-ins said they were all booked, but said there were a few tables outside. I said it's okay, I'll opt to wait for indoor seating and asked for the wait time. She said it would take around 30 minutes, and I said sure that's fine and mentioned that our party is all here. While I'm sitting in the waiting area, I see another Chinese family with the same party size and no reservations try to get on the waitlist, but they were immediately seated at an indoor table. Wtheck?! The only difference was I spoke English to them (but I can speak and understand Chinese; it's just not my preferred language), and the other family was Native Chinese and spoke in Chinese. I confronted the front desk staff and said they weren't being fair and asked why the other family got seated immediately while we was asked to wait. And why did the staff say they were completely booked indoors and only had outdoor seating when they clearly had indoor tables available. The staff had nothing to say and made excuses saying their party was all here, mine wasn't (even though my husband was just outside with our child instead of waiting inside). We got seated at an indoor table immediately after the confrontation, but the front desk staff proceeded to be passive aggressive and told us to finish our meal within 1 hour because they were "too busy" today (yet didn't tell the other Chinese family to finish within an hour). Staff helping with the food were all really nice though. So unfortunate to experience this on Mother's Day. What should've been a happy meal, was a bitter meal. Tl;dr: if you can speak Chinese, do so or they'll discriminate against you and treat you unfairly.

I love this place, suitable for large group parties. We spent 3 hours here enjoying amazing high quality hot pot for a group of 14. Would recommend!
