All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. The chickens were moist, juicy and very flavorful- but not too overwhelming! The lemon basil garlic had a little kick to it.. so my younger kids couldn't really eat it. For the sides we got the rice pilaf, hummus ( one of the best hummus) and steamed veggies ( which was cooked perfectly - not soggy and still had a nice crunch ) On top of it.. the meal came with pita bread and their yummy garlic sauce!”

Temperature was hot, like it should be and the vegetables were so fresh and crisp. We also got the shrimp rolls which were very good and cooked to perfection. We talked with the owner for a few minutes and he was so nice and friendly. What a great experience! Don’t slow down on your way to eat here, go!”

“This restaurant is a Vietnamese fusion restaurant. The menu is not diverse but everything is delicious. The beef tongue fried rice is very good, not sweet, fragrant, delicious. The Vietnamese salad is very refreshing to eat. Making the noodles in a self-cooking style might be a bit strange, but there's no coriander. It tastes like garlic. Service is superb.”

I was given a package of malt vinegar for the fish along with tartar sauce the cooks offer too. They've got breakfast all day, great meals, and healthy snacks/treats too. Their protein donuts are delicious! They also have a nutrition calculator on their site so you can build a meal and know exactly what you're getting as far as calories, carbs, etc. Highly recommend the peanut sauce”

You should always go to a Cream Pan when you have the chance to get the full experience. This location is much larger with an area to dine in if you so choose. There is also a decent selection of bento or take with Lunches”

We received our two pizzas with someone else's small pizza and mozzarella sticks. We called the store, told them what happened. The other lady missing her food had already called. So they will send a salad and meatballs (and yes, we offered to pay for the extra pizza and mozzarella sticks). 45 minutes later the salad arrives with NO dressing. And 8 tiny meatballs... Bummer!!! PS: We still love you FCP!”

However, there is a Mexican restaurant next door that offers takeout, or there will sometimes be a food truck that will pop by. My only minor gripe is that it is an Irish bar in name only. They have some Irish decor around the bar, but they don't have Guinness on tap, which is really a shame. It's a decent spot to watch a game, but they could use a few more TVs.”

“Stopped here for lunch and was completely surprised by the guy at the counter. He was A1 in customer service, which is something non existent these days especially from a 19 yr old. I had to ask if he was a manager which he replied no. He was polite, super attentive always finding something to do, cleaning tables, picking up trays taking both counter and drive up orders, took time to ask customers if they needed anything. I'm in construction so I eat out n a daily basis and it has been years since I've seen this kind of service. So with that said I think you people at administration should utilize this young man's skills to teach your employees from all stores how customer service actually works. By the way his name was Eric and I did call in to corporate to say basically the same thing in hopes of you acknowledging his great service. I will be stopping in there again soon to see if he was approached by corporate and maybe even offer him a job at a friend's computer business. Keep up the good work Eric.”

Each dish was very delicious and the presentation was great and creative.I was impressed by how they made sorbet with shiso leaf. My favorite items were the Vietnamese steak and eggs (super tender meat and flavorful sauce) and the Cajun seafood platter (tender crawfish, shrimp, clams, and mussels). The $4 extra for live/fresh seafood is totally worth it. The seafood platter comes with delicious bread, which was perfect when dipped in the sauce! The crispy calamari was delicious (batter wasn’t too thick). The hot stone pho was average. I personally didn’t notice a significant difference between pho in a hot stone bowl vs regular pho. My bf loved the garlic noodles, but I thought it needed more flavor. All the items we got I would probably give 5/5 stars except for the pho and the garlic noodles, which I would give 3/5 stars”

They use an anti griddle to make their concoctions. They have so many different flavors and choices. They have a whole bunch of choices on their walls with pictures, but they have even more choices found on their menu at the counter. They even have drinks and other kinds of desserts. The dessert comes out quickly. You can watch them make it on the anti griddle. The layout is weird. They have more seating towards the back. Even a fooseball table back there to sit and chill. The guy working the register was kinda mean and short; didn't like his attitude or tone. But I think that's just how he is and doesn't mean anything by it. There's no seating outside. So we just ate in the car. I ordered their caramel coconut delight. It tasted good. Light. But creamy. Not overly sweet. If you're able to pry the rolls out of the cup, it's much better to eat 1 roll at a time as you can feel the different layers, as suppose to eating it like ice cream or yogurt. It's a nice variation to the traditional ice cream or soft serve or yogurt you find everywhere else. It's a good way to end the night!!”

“I love a good iced Vietnamese style coffee with the only con being the portion size or use of ice that is common at these coffee shops. This was no exception. I ordered the 20 ounce and got 16 ounces of ice and 4 ounces of coffee. I could have ordered "less ice" or "light on ice" but it has been my experience that it does not make a difference as then you still get 4 ounces of coffee with more air space in the cup and less ice. Regardless, my fault for forgetting to attempt it as it would have at least given me a chance for a real amount of coffee. At least it was tasty.”

“We went for lunch on a Tuesday , the place was pretty much empty with only 10-12 guests. We got seated immediately unlike the normal hour-long wait at the #1 location.( Magnolia & Westminster this location is the same owner) They offer a good menu of noodle dishes from Central Vietnam, bun bo Hue, mi Quang, Bun rieu oc and various pastries We ordered Bánh Bèo , combo bánh nậm, bột lọc, It was delicious . Bún Bò Huế large portions, served with generous veggies and herbs , beef and pork meat was ok , I think if the meat more tender and more lemongrass for the broth then it will tasting perfect. The waiter was very gracious with the order, restaurant clean, quiet, with tasteful decorations . I like this location then the #1”
