Always excellent service, the food is great and the drinks are made perfect!!!
On 7/12 I ordered food because my mother was having some guests over. 2 large Chinese chicken salads consisting of that bagged iceberg lettuce mix, a few wonton strips, dressing and a little dry fried chicken pieces, 2 orders of vegetable spring rolls (6 rolls total), vegetable chow mein and beef chow mein for a total of $79.35! The price alone is ridiculous but that’s not my complaint. I called them the next day because there was almost no beef in the beef chow mein and ghe girl that answered said she couldn’t do anything because it was from yesterday and they no longer have that information. I asked to speak to the manager she said he wasn’t there and she’d have him call me that night. He didn’t, so I called the next day. The same girl said he wasn’t there and she tell him to call me. He NEVER did‼️I was going to go in there but decided what a waste of my time! That’s probably what they bank on!!! They will no longer get any of my business or my mothers and hopefully this review will cause them to not get some other business as well. Customer service is a huge part of doin business and if you’re not providing it your business will suffer .
