As we continued our cake tasting adventures we discoved this bakery and met with the owner: Jorge Flores who has been at this location for 18 years with 16 employees! An amazing cake artist who also studied with the REAL Cake Boss; Buddy Valastro! Jorge's cake was moist with a real "killer" buttercream. Been in search for a perfectly moist Tres Leches cake in the tri city area for a while now and I can finally say I found the spot for me! Staff were very nice too! I also purchased champurrado and it was delicious and comforting. Can't wait to go back and try new items
