Donuts 9/10 always fluffy and fresh. croissants 10/10 lunch&breakfast sandwiches are really good! Also sometimes have a variety of croissants. Vietnamese ice coffee 7/10 super bitter but drinkable. Staff is always so nice to me. Lovely Cambodian ladies that run the place. Always nice on the phone when ordering and in person. Takes phone orders and only takes 10-15 mins making your food . Donuts always are out pretty quick on some days ! . Overall 10/10
Just recently discovered this place, dropped by a couple times after my weekend workout. The lady at the counter is super sweet, always thrown in a donut with the sandwich. Think I'll be a regular from now on :)

Big, yummy, fluffy and crispy variety of donuts made fresh everyday and sold at this small local business. Sharing space with a good number of small shops, there's plenty of parking and activities to fill up your morning or afternoon or simply to just complete your errands.
