I ordered from here since they changed from Ohio sushi and I loved it. I ordered their salmon bowl and the fish was fresh, as well as everything else, the bowl came with a lot and wasn’t skimpy at all. Good price still and will definitely be ordering from here again.

26033 Eden Landing Rd Hayward, CA 94545 (at Eden Landing Plaza) "Hello Sushi" is a small "hole-in-the-wall" sushi restaurant in Hayward, CA. It's located in the Eden Landing Plaza, near Hwy 92 & Eden Landing Road. I was there on a Tuesday night, 45-mins before closing. The neon sign said OPEN, but the doors were locked. So I knocked, and a young man came out and welcomed me to his restaurant. Hello Sushi is run by the same people who operated Oishi Sushi (in the same Plaza). When you walk in, the first thing you notice is there's no dining room. The front room is used as a waiting area and as a stockroom. So this restaurant is just takeout and delivery. I ordered the C1 Combo for $19.45. The sushi was fresh and offered generous amounts of salmon and tuna. I wasn't expecting such a huge amount of food. Price averages to about $5/ per roll. The young man behind the counter said he was happy to see walk-in customers. (Apparently the delivery apps charge him a commission). So here's my tip: Save money by ordering directly from the restaurant, and pickup the food yourself. You pay the menu price, and the food will be fresh when you get it. Eden Landing Plaza is near the freeway ramps for Hwy 92 & Clawiter Rd/ Eden Landing Rd. I'm ordering individual rolls next time!

I was in the area and craving sushi. Saw this sushi store as I drove by and stopped to get a quick bite. It's a small shop dedicated for takeouts - I ordered the C3 combo. The sushi were fresh and fish slices were so generously sliced!! It was delicious and I enjoyed my meal, it was too much for me to finish on one go. They also gave a bag of free chips with my meal which I thought was a nice sweet touch. :) Try it out! Sorry I didn't take photos. Will do that next time. I just ordered here for lunch takeout for the first time since they changed from Oishi Sushi and loved it: I ordered their salmon bowl which came with everything really fresh and a good portion size. Price was still reasonable and will definitely be ordering from here again. Only reason why I'm not giving it a 5 stars was only because of the atmosphere. There was boxes all in the front where you order. Not much room to sit down if you wanted to eat inside, but other than that good food and good customer service.
