“Finally got a chance to stop by as it is a little bit off the beaten path. Ordered a 4 piece wings (Korean spicy), fries, and bulgogi kimbap. Wings were saucy and good. Fries were thin and crispy. The bulgogi kimbap was fresh and tasty. I actually drove back on the way home for another order of the kimbap. Nothing survived long enough for a photo.“

“The little spot was full of surprises. I came here to meet up a friend and everything here was great! The staff were so friendly and made sure we were ok and even helped up with our food. I orders the pork bulgogi and also the sausage stew. FYI pork bulgogi is a little spicy so if you get it expect a little heat. It was very good though. As for the sausage stew. You might want to share this one with a friend because it is a lot. Perfect for those cold days or if you have a pretty bad hang over. This place definitely reminds me of my grandmas cooking when I was little. I'm so glad I came in to try it. I'll be back when I'm in the area.“

“Han Yang is a great place to sit down for dinner and enjoy some truly delicious Korean food. One thing I always note about a restaurant is the patronage and Han Yang appeared to host a largely local Korean community of diners and to me that signals authenticity. And the food shows it- the selection of banchan is delectable and meat are delicious and perfectly marinated (recommending dwegi bulgogi or kalbi). I appreciated that you could get the meats cooked at your table or in the kitchen... I left it up to the chef and everything was prepared to perfection. I also tried and loved the seafood pancake and bibim nangmyeon. We were also greeted by warm and attentive service. I felt at home eating here. I recommend giving this place a try because it may be my favorite local spot for Korean food now. Thank you!“

“Pretty great option for chicken around here. I have always enjoyed Korean style chicken so when I saw options such as the honey butter or yangyum chicken here I definitely had to try it. Firstly, both the wings and drumsticks are huge and satisfying to eat. At its core it is great fried chicken with just the right amount of crunch without losing its juiciness. Flavor-wise I think both of these options are really good. The yangyum chicken, kind of wish had a bit more gochujang/garu smokiness to its flavor, tasted closer to tteokbokki type of sweet sauce and that added savory bite would have really hit my taste buds right. The honey butter chicken is equally great with a sweet and flavorful bite, though they only add just enough powder to get the flavor... would prefer it coated.Service is friendly and the front is simply a walk up counter, no dining in, etc. the pickled radish that comes with the chicken is better than alternatives I have been to but is still missing that refreshing bite that I have had in Korea.“

“Service: for a busy Saturday, the servers are multitasking with taking orders, cleaning, getting the bill, and delivering orders from the kitchen. Yet they still managed to wipe down the high chair when we requested one. That's a first! They were also friendly and checked in to see if everything is okay. Food: everything was great. For those who like a bit of a crisp rice bottom on their stone bibimpap, they got it here. There's also a cute mini gochujang sauce bottle on the side so you can decide how much to add. The seafood pancake had a lot of squid in it, and very crispy fresh without feeling over greasy. Ambiance: not much going on. Some tvs broadcasting old kpop on loop. Definitely a lot of Koreans eating here so you know it's good.“

“The first time I had Rice Junky was actually at their second location in Santa Clara. I'm an East Bay fella so South Bay is a little bit of a reach for me. I've been having cravings for Rice Junky lately so I decided to check out their Fremont location. First off just want to note that this location is take out only. It's a pretty small spot. BUT that doesn't take away from the fact that the food is so so dam good! It was everything that I remembered and loved from the first time I had Rice Junky. At first, looking at the bowl. I was like "oh man, they give you less chicken here." Nope, I was absolutely wrong. Under that top layer of chicken was much more yummy sauced up chicken! Rice Junky is great, The bowl is fantastic. Portion is just right, slightly above average actually. Little pricey, but honestly with inflation nowadays. Food everywhere is expensive so meh. I just wished they stayed open later like their Santa Clara location. I gotta try all their other items. Only been loyal to the CC bowl so far. But the bowl is dam good!“

“Came here for takeout for the super bowl and we were lucky enough to get squeezed in since they were so busy. Shared the medium fried chicken for 2 people which came with rice and salad. Got the soy garlic and spicy medium flavor. Both flavors kinda tasted similar. The spicy one tasted like the soy garlic but it was the perfect level of spice. The chicken was plump and moist, and perfectly crispy, even eating it after taking it home. It's expensive but I do appreciate the sides they give to make it a real meal. The salad was also light and delicious. A perfect compliment to the heavy wings!“

“Here's a breakdown of what we tried:Seafood Pa Jun: This Korean-style large pancake filled with seafood was a definite highlight. It was generously sized and bursting with flavor. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.Spicy Pork: The spicy pork, marinated in a special sauce, had a good kick to it. However, it veered a tad towards the salty side for my taste. Nonetheless, the flavors were still enjoyable, complementing the meal well.Beef & Seafood Soft Tofu Stew: While this dish didn't necessarily stand out among the others, it was a solid addition to the meal. The tofu stew was well-prepared and satisfying, though it lacked that extra wow factor.“

“A favorite spot of mine. Love the Gangjung Fried Chicken. It's great value for $17 for a massive amount of chicken. Can easily be two meals. If you like gochujang based dishes, this is for you! The chicken is drenched in a sweet and mildly spicy sauce that I love though it might be too sweet for some. The chicken is fairly crispy, though it'll lose some of its crisp as it sits out. That being said they probably double fry it in good batter cause it stays more crispy longer than other fried chicken I've had. I'd say about 30% of the chicken is pretty tough or maybe overcooked which is a little disappointing but overall love it. The location is rough, deep in the Tenderloin. Some people on drugs pretty close by. It's a hole in the wall (literally). There's no seating and you order online. I'd recommend DoorDashing if you don't have a car.“

“Such a popular spot for dinner on a Saturday night! The tables were all full at 7:00 pm so we added our name to their waitlist and stepped outside. We haven't been here in a few years since I've been out of the area. We were happy to see that they are still very popular. They were clearing a table in the middle of the restaurant and we were seated fairly quickly but I felt claustrophobic being so close to others. A table of five was seated inches away from our table. It is definitely a cozy atmosphere! The servers are incredibly hardworking and efficient. Menus and hot tea were delivered to our table within minutes. We ordered the hot stone bibimbap (dolsat) and a beef tofu soup. The small appetizer plates (banchan) are one of the nicest assortments I have seen (9 in total). I especially enjoyed one dish that tasted like braised potato with a touch of sweetness. They were all delicious. My tofu soup came with a raw egg that I cracked and added to my boiling hot soup. My dish also came with a whole fried fish which I promptly gave to my hubby. The broth was like a comforting blanket of warmth. It had an amazing burst of flavor and the right amount of ingredients and spiciness (I ordered medium spicy). My husband really enjoyed his dolsat. It came with an assortment of vegetables and beef topped with a fried egg over rice. We were completely satisfied with our meals. Everything was incredibly delicious, no wonder this is such a busy place. It seemed as though there were people waiting at the door every time I looked so this is definitely still a popular spot. The servers are always on the move serving up banchan and drinks and carts are being pushed around that have boiling hot stone pot dishes. It can get a bit chaotic at times but as soon as you request something of a server, they deliver it to your table immediately. Food is truly amazing! Busy parking lot shared with other businesses and restaurants.“

“Born and raised in South Korea, I love Korean food very much. Having lived in the US over some decades, I have homesick especially in the food. When I visited "K Kitchen snd Fish Day," the food reminded me of my home country. In the first visit, I tried Galbi Tang, a beef short rib soup, which was the greatest among the ones I ever tasted in the US. In the second visit, I had lunch BBQ Galbi, which made me very happy for quality. In the third visit, the owner recommended me Tofu Soup and it was original, tasting best. In addition, I had Yuk Gae Jang, that we Koreans required a most difficult technique to make traditional taste, and I asked the service person who cooked it. Having come out to explain how, smiling, she cared me if I enjoyed it. Besides the food, the kindness I found in the K Kitchen, not only in the hall but even in the kitchen, was beyond any words. They are people of care and humor. I did not know how the time flew away in the restaurant.“
