The cake is delicious. The customer service on the phone definitely leave a bad taste in your mouth. I did not realize I had to book a birthday cake a month in advance. I was told only the signature cake as is was shown No changes or additions, even from other signature cake, I had been hoping for a flower from another signature but no, I was told of that if I wanted anything I could go to Michael’s and buy something to put on myself. But the cake that arrived, was not as pictured, they took away the cookies on top. It was so plain I had to stick some silk flowers on top. So I guess the nasty girl on the phone was right. I did need to go t Micheals to get a presentable cake.The only reason I continued with my order was the previous cake I ordered From them was wonderful, but boy was I upset when I got of the phone. I also asked about purchasing other baked goods with the cake, but again the attitude was so condescending I just wanted to get off the phone. Great cake, nasty customer service. I would never order over the phone with them again. Let’s see if they are that rude in person!
