Nick's San Clemente

Nicks mgr at restaurants was very abusive to me and my service dog Bella , saying service dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or welcomed on the premises ! He said I was not allowed to give Bella water or food anywhere in their Bldg ! I made a point not to order any food as you see none was at my place at the table ! He clearly discriminated against Senior Ladies and Service Animals . I went to Dinner with 3 ladies , and myself . All of us are former or retired business owners and operators in Orange County, for many years . I have enjoyed my licensed service dogs for the last 30 years without incidents. Three of us are seniors . One from Laguna, Newport Beach, and 2 of us from San Clemente. I walked in with my leashed and fully licensed and well trained Cardiac Service Dog Bella, a 3 yr old incredibly well trained, mannered, quiet , obedient, service Dog . Immediately a man came to our table and said that your dog is not allowed to eat or drink anything while in this restaurant by our company policies, which clearly violate State and zFederal ADA rules that state “A service animal must be allowed entry in any place where humans are permitted and are to receive the same treatment as humans, without any interference from restaurant staff “. I was polite and took a small pet dish out of may purse and put water in it which Bella gently drank out of when I placed it on my lap. I then put it back into my purse . The irate mgr abruptly interrupted us and yelled the same remarks from earlier telling me that if I attempted to give Bella a bite of any food or drink of water, we would be asked to leave. I assured him that Bella never eats from the table only indulging in a rare morsel that I may hand to her, such as a piece of a French fry that one of my friends was eating , and. BElla took from my hand carefully eating it in a second so as not to drop it . The rude, sexiest, discriminatory chauvinist , came back 4 times getting right in my face yelling and telling me not to give my dog food or water while inside his restaurant. It was extremely noisy so he was screaming at me just inches from my face . I explained that I am a cardiac patient and Bella is my cardiac service dog who remains next to me at all times and she has never misbehaved in any way , only received the highest compliments from all around her . She never made a sound and did all she possibly to keeping her head off the very crowded table that left no room from a humans chest to the table , much less a small Tibetan terrier . I notified corporate, expecting an apology from the obtuse and very ignorant male mgr who told me to leave repeatedly or he would have me taken out , to which I repeated “call the police and if they say I must leave I will”, but I am doing nothing wrong and am not leaving . My friends managed to eat their dinners hastily as I tried to hold the bully at bay, as he refused to call the police knowing I have legal grounds to file a civil complaint and a criminal complaint for assaulting me repeatedly , and spitting his vile alcohol breath just 3 inches from my face clearly upsetting me and my three friends . . Days later I finally was able to contact corporate who asked for my videos and photos proving no food was on my place on the table and Bella never are or drank off the table and the mgr was extremely abusive and discriminatory . I had ice tea only , no food because I was not going to eat in front of Bella and offer her nothing , and I was too upset to eat anyway . I told corporate reps that I wanted an apology from their restaurant mgmt, that it was not appropriate for them to let his violent actions go unpunished and apologize on his behalf . They were clear he was not apologizing, but they were on his behalf ! The restaurant enabled their mgrs abusive tirade and vile remarks to me by not demanding h apologize to me . They said that they would reimburse my friends sister , who paid for their dinners with her credit card. We went e
