One of my favorite restaurants in the Castro for years now. Attentive staff with seasonal changes to the menu that keep things new. I always bring out of town guests here and Canela never disappoints.

I've been coming to Canela for years and it never disappoints. I've been with just one or two friends, and have been here in larger groups when celebrating a birthday or other occasion. The staff is always engaging and the service superb. I often go for some favorites, such as the chicken croquettes, but also try new dishes as well.
